Not really But ..... We will go through a state of wax and wane. It is human nature to group together, then fragment within the group, to form allegiances and establish a hierachy of sorts. Once a loose agreement of idealogies ( conciouos or unconciouosly) is established, the first act of the new "clique" is to dampen any possible challenge to the group leadership from any new comers, whilst the infighting within the "clique" (again concious or unconciously) for supremecy takes place. It is the role of the elders in this society to moderate the extremism of the intemperate. Shall I go further or am I boring you

I must say ... what an interesting microcosm of society the forums have been of late. Reminds me of when I was back at Uni studying people management and group dynamics. It is all quite predictable when you know the in's and outs.
