I personally wouldn't touch the company with a ten foot pole, have had a couple of mates who worked as tech support, they were signed on year contracts, Three then voided all the contracts and gave 100 employees a weeks notice two weeks before Xmas. They decided that it would be cheaper to outsource that kind of work to India, so they left a lot of people and families in the lurch just before Christmas. The company CEO was then putting out fires by blatantly lying to the press about why they had dumped 100 staff halfway through a contract 1 week before Xmas. One of my mates managed to stay on as one of four Australian located tech support people, which he said was all day answering calls put through to him from India because the staff there did not have a clue. IMHO it is a company with a shocking work culture that comes from the top down, If it was me I wouldn't waste my time with them, but I guess it comes down to how desperately you need the money.
