I also had the guy who came and towed my car, proceed to tell me how shit RB engines are compared to anything Holden has put out in the last 30 years. I was like WTF, do you even know what you are talking about? And he said "yes son I was a mechanic for 20 years so I know all about engines and he said they are designed to break down". After I picked myself up from the ground from laughing I pretended to agree with him as he was starting to get a bit narky. Once I assured him that yes Holden has made the best engines in the world, he calmed down a bit

I doubt you would be able to get a GTST into a true 200RWKW without changing the turbo, and if you could it is just a matter of time until you need a new turbo anyway.
