Yeah I saw that story on the news too. I think it has been done many times before at different places with success. I seem to remember them trialing it at a shopping centre that was rife with street kids and it got rid of them fairly quickly.

My Bad, I think the batteries were running flat so it wasn't giving the range it is meant to. Oh and it is the $100.00 Uniden too.

Sorry guys but I also had a UHF and was calling out warnings from the front of the pack, but we got split up too early. But guys please invest in an UHF radio if you are coming cruising, saves so much heartache and time.
