  1. Mate you seem to be getting a right royal shafting from this so called "business person" If I was you, I would start looking at contacting the local constabulary. It will give them something to do, other than pulling over Skylines all day.
  2. I tend to wave at other Skylines, most wave back, some seem a little shocked and want to wave back but by then we have already gone past each other. But if anyone waves at me I will wave back (if I notice in time that is)
  3. hmmm! sounds like fun, might make an appearence for this.
  4. Thanks for all the descriptions and info people Keep em coming and I will keep updating.
  5. Dude that just bites, just when you think they have reached a new low, they surprise us time and time again. I will put this down as definite for Brand New Dark Blue Falcon number plates - 935 ICX you. Don't know if it is a XR8 or 6 by any chance do you?
  6. Or we could tattoo "THIEF" (just having a dig Dave, no offence meant)
  7. I saw a screen shot of a 350Z, so if they have Nissan cars in it, one would assume that they would have a Skyline. I mean how can you not have the best car Japan ever produced in the Game?
  8. Put me down as a definite for the Front R33 thanks Mase. PM me when you are ready for payment
  9. Hey Mase, Very interested in front strut bar and just like Strutto no delivery for me either And does it have to be 10 of the same strut bar (like 10 x R33 Front Strut Bar) for us to get the discount? Or will a mixture be ok?
  10. ??????!!!! WTF!! Why would anyone think that a turbo on an Excel would be a good idea? Double stupidity!!! 1. Buying an Excel. 2. Putting a turbo on it.
  11. Hmmmm, Have to agree with Erin on this one, I have a friend who bought a Soarer off "Street Machines" he got a good price but lost the 2 year warranty in negotiations, but still had the "QLD Government" Statuary 3 month/5000Km used car warranty. Lo and behold three days after delivery the clutch died, they said to him that he must have destroyed it himself and clutches aren't covered by warranty anyway. Not happy with this I rang the Transport Department to find out what his "true rights under the statuary warranty" actually are. And what do you know, the dealer can NOT say which parts he is going to cover and which parts he is not. Remember this is within 3 days and not even 150KMs travelled. After much arguing by phone and a threatening call by a lawyer (on our behalf, not theirs) he had the clutch fixed for free as is his right under QLD Consumer Law. Stand up for your rights guys, I am so sick of people being ripped off by shonky people. If a business can't make an "Honest" buck then they should not be in business IMHO!
  12. Hey Erin, Do you think the number plates for the Magna are the same as this........ "Holden VY 'S' Commodore Sedan, Lime Green with the number plate 361 IAC"? Does anybody know if cops swap the numberplates around when they renew regos on the cars?

    Entrapment!

The moral of the story is to make sure you always drive around in an Armed Forces Uniform. I used to drive around in a Police Uniform, but "The Man" says this is illegal (heheh)

Jayson, Forget Brisbane, take a 40min drive to the Gold Coast and go to Gavin Woods Autotech. Check out this link for opinions http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...&threadid=24652 You won't regret it
  15. Good point James, I think if we can keep it to the cars that give out traffic infringements we should be right.
  16. I was only joking James You didn't spray any gravel up at me that I can remember. Its was just Mt Nebo claiming revenge for us kicking it's ass. And that diff thing "What diff"
  17. Double post Sorry
  18. need to get mine done too My front bar is foobar after the MT Nebo cruise. I think the person in front of me in the "ice green" R33 with the number plates 57und was one wheeling and throwing gravel up at me. I think his diff may be on the way out
  19. Cool! Now if we can just find someone who works in a doughnut shop
  20. No worries Thanks to all who have contributed so far. Chaos if you read this I would imagine that you would get a few D cars coming through Milton Maccas, so dude write down their details and post them here
  21. This is all good people. What I will do is post the cars in the first post, I will have two lists one "Verified" and one "Unverified". The "Verified" list will be when we have two or more different people reporting the same car. "Unverified" is a one off encounter
  22. OMFG!!!!!
  23. Guys try here www.umart.com.au
  24. Well guys and gals, after reading these two threads ..... http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...&threadid=26791 http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...&threadid=26806 I was thinking that maybe we should begin a thread where we post all the known undercover cop cars. How it would work is, when you get pulled over by an undercover cop car, post it's make, model, colour and number plate in this thread. I imagine we would have quite an accurate list after a little while. I would not normally suggest something like this, as I believe if you get caught speeding then wear the fine, but if cops are now baiting or trying to entrap you into commiting an offence then this is a different story. Known Cars VERIFIED (Reported more than once) Holden SS VY Ute, LimeGreen with the number plate 865 IEQ Mitsubishi VRX Magna Sedan, Red with the number plate WXC 950 (sa number plates) Brand New Dark Blue Falcon number plates - 935 ICX ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ UNVERIFIED (Reported once only) Holden VY 'S' Commodore Sedan, Lime Green with the number plate 361 IAC Holden VY 'S' Commodore Sedan, White with the number plate 465 HEJ Holden VY 'S' Commodore Sedan, Silver with the number plate 177 GUH Holden VY Commodore Sedan, Blue with the number plate 921 ICX Ford AU II Falcon Sedan, Blue with the number plate 867 IEQ Holden VY Commodore Sedan, Silver with the number plate 311 GTX Holden VY Commodore Sedan, White with the number plate 143 HDE Holden VY Commodore, Green with the number plates 579 GXT
