no in a forum you can only post the address where it is kept. You can't have the video pop up automatically and start playing, it would kill peoples bandwidth everytime the tried to open the page

but you could upload that image on your hardrive to any of the free image host webpages on the net, grab the URL and link to it and it would work

See, now that won't work because it is on your harddrive and not on a webpage to link to. Pic must be hosted on a webpage for it work

to find the address of any pic on any webpage just right click on the image and go to properties in the drop down menu. The URL should be listed there under location

see if you go to this link .... http://www.ebaumsworld.com/forumfun/spam5.gif you will see the size of the original pic is the same as the one that was posted

I posted the siezure pic That is the original size of the pic, so that is how it is displayed in the post.

okay the image must be hosted somewhere on the net so you have an URL to it for example the URL to the image I put up is this..... http://www.ebaumsworld.com/forumfun/negative19.jpg if you click on that link it will open the image in a new page but if you put [/img] around the URL, it will link to the URL and display the image in the post you are making does that make sense?
