what I will do is drop a new engine in, rebuild the old one with a RB30 bottom end and forgies and all that crap put that back in and then resell the other one. Won't be too much out of pocket that way (over time that is)

nah not yet. I want to find a RB25DET recoed, but I think I will have to do the wrecker thing RMA has a halfcut at the moment but they want to sell the whole thing and I only want the engine, don't need the rest.
