Yeah, its ridiculously bad this year. I almost caved in and put some Vortex in... but 95 octane... meh, ptui. The only servo within say 20Ks of me is a Caltex. Maybe I should start buying bloody BP Ultimate in 44 gallon drums :\ PS: I don't even bother checking availability at Shell anymore, it's pointless.

Driving home, decided to see what the terrourists were up to in town (Kiama). Spotted a black 34 parked in the main drag and a little further down the street, another R34, this time a nice looking silver four door with a boot lip. Love the four doors... should be more of 'em I say

Tried and failed to find 98 octane in the Illawarra on the way home today. This sucks... I'm going to have to look into octane boosters, pros/cons etc.

Plus I'm busy preparing to move to Tassie... so much to do! However, I certainly do have every intention of doing track days in Tassie, so your info is still very handy indeed. Hi All, I'm moving to Tassie in a month, and was wondering if there is a SAU club for Tassie?? I've had a good look arounf but buggered if I can find any mention of one, I know there is one for NSW of course. The main reason I'm asking now is that I'd really like to drive at Oran park (NSW) before I move - plus Oran Park won't be around for much longer. To do this I need a CAMS licence, which also requires membership in a CAMS-affliated club... Failing a Tas SAU club, as an R34 owner, can anyone reccomend a suitable motorsport club in Tassie that is CAMS affliated? I'm hoping to be at oran park on either the 31st March or April 1st -I only found out about these events last night. Anyway, if anyone can point me in the right direction that'd be great Cheers

I was told about this show after it had aired, but found somewhere to download it yesterday. Yeah, I was a little like 'WTF?' at the exploding brakes comment, they also said that the turbos are only good for 50,000K's... Whilst I do find the show interesting at times, I can't stand the compares - especially Clarkeson. He's SUCH a freakin' KNOB. By the way, that was a very old episode: season 1, episode 4.
