  1. Is it just me or is that running way to lean on that data log file?
  2. have you checked the fuel rail pressure. could be a dying fuel pump
  3. ^^^ You will need to 'trim' the reo bar and bumper. nothing major though.
  4. Good numbers for only 13psi Pete.

  6. Hi, could i please change my username from RB25DETS2 to (OO)Firty Free(OO) if possible. Thanks
  7. Thats strange because my skyline has made 349 on your Mainline dyno and 350 on a number of DD's. That would have been 18-24 months ago now, has any calibrations changed since then? Like everyone has stated its only a number i just thought i would ask the question.
  8. Will do thanks Steve. Was thinking about getting an Extreme which is what i have in th Skyline (Very happy with it). What can you get your hands on???
  9. Last year i put my BF XR6T on the rollers at Willalls and reeled off 270rwkw compared to 327rwkw on Bruce's dyno (16psi, Process west surge tank, E-bay cooler, 40lb injectors, BP ultimate). TBH i wasnt too fussed with the difference i was actually expecting it. Next stage is bigger injectors, .7 front cover, E85 and decent clutch, will be tuning on 20-24psi. Be interesting to see the difference E85 makes....The Skyline was like night and day when it was tuned on E85, hoping for the same from the XR6. Hey Sled the FG looks the goods mate. Lee
  10. Maybe low 20's its believable (330rwkw that is). A 3582 .82 wouldn't make that much "claimed power" at those boost levels on E85.
  11. Your missing the point...Why rev your engine to 8000rpm when you could make the same power at 6000rpm....The most my car has made is 356rwkw (Mainline Dyno from memory) and it sees that at a bit over 6000rpm. My car has been on E85 for 2+ years now and i havnt looked back. Response and power cant beat it...If you are ever in SA i will be more than happy to take you for a spin.
  12. Maybe thats why some motors last and some don't. I personally dont rev mine past 7100.
  13. Definately thought it was 28 lol....Cold mornings/evenings will be interesting. Time for a swirl pot and another 044 me thinks.
  14. I was there that day and the most i saw it spike to was 28 and holding 26psi...I know which turbo i would rather in that comparison, the Kando seems to be a good cheap option but it definately isn't a competitor to Garrett imo (nor should it be i guess for the money). The above plot proves that. BTW who in their right mind would rev their stock 25 to 8000rpm just for a number. Crazy....
  15. Rebuild?? Please explain Mines making 350ish on E85 with a Blitz Return Flow, its showing no signs of restriction at that level.
  16. Mainline dyno's and Dyno Dynamics (not in shoot out mode) all ranging from 348-356rwkw (it has been on 4 different dyno's), never been on a hub dyno. I'm from Adelaide, South Australia which hasn't had a drag strip for 8 or so years so no slips to back up power.
  17. Um Post #11 in this thread. My cars been at 480rwhp stock internals for over 2 years and loving it. Nismoid has his P.O.V. which is fine (that 400rwhp are the 25's max), i have seen plenty of results to dispute that but each to their own. And yes PULP is not the way to go for reliablilty imo E85 FTW
  18. Theres a guy on here username 180or200 thats making 580rwhp on an unopened RB25 on E85. He has been making that for a couple of years so 550rwhp is definately achieveable with the right tune and mods. He's using a Garret 3582 .8 rear with high 20psi boost. Good luck with it all and keep us informed.
  19. 18psi at 5200, thats one laggy turbo...400rwhp although its good it aint huge hp. I know of cars making high 400's on E85 with full boost at 3800rpm (running low 20's psi). Either way keep us all informed it will be interesting to see it at mid to high 20 psi what power it produces.
  20. Could be a couple of reasons. 1. He wasn't trying 2. Driver ability 3. He wasn't trying and you were Either way i find it hard to believe that a Gtst at 200rwkw (even with all the fruit suspension/tyre wise)would even come close to a 380rwkw at all 4 GTR (even with stock suspension) if both drivers are on par for ability and experience in the twisties up in our awsome hills. I'm no expert but i can tell how much quicker my Gtst is at 350rwkw than it was at 200rwkw through the twisty stuff, then throw the GTR into the mix and theres alot more potential for speed.
  21. There will always be the knockers out there which is fine. Couple of things i have noted running E85 (please note this is my experience). 1. My car has been on E85 for a couple of years seeing plenty of road and dyno use and doesnt use a drop of oil. 2. Its 350rwkw or thereabouts 3. Its unopened 4. Max boost is all in by 3800rpm (23psi) 5. Its scary on street tyres 6. It puts a smile on my face every time i drive it. 7. Semi slicks still struggle in 3rd and 4th gears 8. It looks stock under the bonnet with stock mani's 9. Fuel lines are standard and are showing no sign of failure (Changed a couple filters first up tho) 10.Car has got next to no blow by(have never had to empty my catch can) I could keep going but wont. When my engine starts to get tired i can guarantee a Forged engine will not be on the shopping list. Yes thats right a lowish k stocker for $1800 will be purchased.
  22. No probs mate let me know the day before so i can take to work again. Lee
  23. Ryan,I have the computer at work again today... Lee
  24. Hey Ryan i gotta S2 Puter ya can borrow shoot me a PM
  25. I have seen Adrians car (180or200) spin up 432 with a .082 at the Domestic vs Imports DD here in Adelaide (E85 of course)
