I'm running a HKS3037 .68 rear(equivalent to a Garrett 3076) and actually think its not too laggy at all. I'm making 260rwkw @ 16psi on what some people say is a hungry Dyno but i think its pretty spot on. I'm using the standard air box and K&N panel filter. Very happy with how it has turned out open the bonnet and nothing grabs your attention to make you think theres anything but a standard set up there. IMO go the HKS route if your after a neat easy install with no other parts required, might be a bit more pricey but easier in the long run.

Thanks for organising the day Nugzy awsome set up Ash has there. Also nice to see he spent the time to point out things in the tune that could be better fuel economy wise etc.......And whats up with 130 on the Knock reading (PFC) in my bus glad he pointed that out to me or i could be up for a new motor sooner than i was hoping. Be keeping off the loud pedal until thats sorted me thinks.

Cheers for that mate 20 rwkw aint nothing to be sneezed at, i was actually thinking HKS cams also. Did you have to replace valve springs?

Cheers cubes sounds like they could be on the cards in the next six months or so. I just got to keep reminding myself that its still a standard bottom end hence me only running 15psi on a turbo and set up thats capable of much more.

Speaking of cams what benefits can be had? I have heard anywhere from 15-30rwkw at the same boost would i be correct in asuming this. I have also read somewhere that a set of cams tuned correctly can bring boost on a couple of hundred rpm earlier. Is it a worthwhile investment considering i would be looking at around $2000 for purchase fitting and tuning. Any info would be great. Lee

For 300rwkw my build would be as follows. Decent front mount cooler Blitz or the like. HKS 3037 Turbo kit @ 20ish psi lower comp to around 8.5 Decent EBC Nismo injectors 555's will do the job (740's leave more headroom) Rebuild bottom end with Forges etc Z32 AFM Power FC Not sure about the 040 but a Nismo Pump will do the job nicely Gearbox will be fine for street use Exedy Ceramic clutch

All good steve i didn't actually say i was from the forum. On a side note the best comment i heard on the day was when my bonnet was popped an older chap mentioned that "this is a stock Skyline by the looks of it"(stock airbox piping etc) mission accomplished in my book.

Lets just say that Boostworx seems to be on the money....283rwkw at KPM for a mates auto BA GT with only the normal mods Tune exhaust underdrive pulleys, if it was a manual maybe but auto.

Very similar to Willalls Mainline also. 251.1 on Willalls 250.7 on Boostworx There was a car that competed that day for the domestics that pulled 310rwkw on KPM's dyno and on Boostworx pulled 285rwkw go figure.
