  1. I brought mine off a fellow member and the turbo had 5000k's on it, from memory it ended up costing me $3200 for the complete kit. Not too bad considering what they are selling for now.
  2. Best decision i made was to get the 3037 .68 rear, making 337 on E85. Still responsive too....
  3. I hear ya with the traction issues....... Theres still 10 spots left and i think entries close 12th March. Altho if spots arent full by then i would guess you can pay on the day. http://www.dynoday.info/
  4. Well done mate, 311 kw aint nothing to be sneezed at. Bet it feels good on the road. E85 is good stuff thats for sure.
  5. Yeah i have a Dec 97 and its got the plastic cas, just wondering whether it shared anything else with the 34 or is that it.
  6. Is it just the CAS thats different on the very late S2 engines or are there other differences (internal/external). Would be interested to know considering its very close to the first of the NEO build.
  7. Matt, A Kaaz centre is definately on the cards and i will doing everything possible to straighten my wheels up (has a bit of camber because of the coilovers at the moment even after a wheel alignment). Yeah i think your right about traction in fourth, going to struggle no matter what i do in the first three gears me thinks (especially when the cool air comes). Did you manage to get the 14th free for westys dyno day mate? Lee
  8. Will do when it gets dyno'd (probably in a week or two).
  9. I'm now running Sard 850's and an iternal 044. We were finding with the 555's it would hit 100% (not good) with a bit of cool air around, and it was only holding 18-19 psi to redline. I have since managed to get a decent actuator and its now holding 24psi to redline and the 850 injectors are seeing anywhere from 83-90% duty (Depending on how cool the air is),mind you this is all with the standard FPR so i can claw back some more injector duty with a Nismo FPR.
  10. Well done excellent result. Mine was doing very similar spiking to 24psi and only holding 18-19. fixed that issue with a better actuator. Bet it feels good on the street.
  11. The sard 850's are bolted in, also replaced the nismo with an intank Bosch 044 (should not need to upgrade fuel system anytime soon). The new actuator has helped hold the boost at 24psi to redline which i'm happy with also. Couple of minor issues getting sorted yesterday, blocked fuel filter (Ryco=fail) and the copper plugs were struggling with the extra boost. Luckily Adrian had a Genuine fuel filter and iridium plugs on hand (car seems to idle smoother with iridiums also). After the car was sorted we decided to tune, lets just say i'm more than happy with the end result (grip is an issue). Next hurdle is to get the power to the ground.
  12. Motul 8100 xcess 5w-40 change every 3-5k. Doesnt burn a drop seems to be very good oil imo.
  13. Excellent stuff cant wait too see the results, good luck with it. I'll take a stab 340-360rwkw @24psi.
  14. How could i forget Milo, that had me in stitches.
  15. Yeah Poita was funny as. Shaun Micallef, Billy Connolly Skit. Full Frontal was sweet back then.
  16. Eric Bana is a funny carnt, I'm trying to think of his name on the Bana show back in the nineties Poita maybe. Loved doing ringies with his arm out the window (real bogan i tells ya)....Gold.
  17. Check the RB25 upgrade thread up top^^^^^plenty info there. My car for example was the following. 152rwkw cat back zorst 11 psi 174rwkw 3 inch dump high flow cat 12psi (very good upgrade) 200 rwkw blitz FMIC and tune 12psi(standard computer massive dip around 5k) 202rwkw Power FC 10.5psi and upto 30rwkw better in the mid range. All done on the same dyno. Hope this helps good luck with it.
  18. Rang up Graham Wests and paid the $40 with plastic over the phone. Received a receipt 2 days later in the mail.
  19. Yeah i have, how many cars have you got confirmed to date Daniel.
  20. Mine sits steady on 81c have seen it as low as 79 on a brisk morning and the highest has been 85c with spirirted driving/tuning. All of these readings were on my PFC hand controller.
  21. Well done Matt, the combo making awsome power and building boost nice and quick. What are your thoughts on the larger turbonetics housing now you can wind in more timing? Bring to graham wests next month and run it up, be interesting to see the difference in our cars with similar sized rear housings.
  22. Mate do us all a favour and do some research via the search tool up top.
  23. First post nice one. Read the RB25 uprade thread up top ^^^^^Plenty of neck snapping combos in there.
  24. That wouldn be the one that was at Boostworx DD (Black one) 470-480 from memory C'mon Martin bring the 32 with the os giken 3litre.......Would make the RB vs JZ rather interisting. Good work with organising the day too Daniel should be good.
  25. If it were me and i had spent all that coin whats another 2k into the equation, i would chuck some new bearings in and double check all your clearances. I remember when i was building my clevo the block prep alone cost 2K (line hone, balance, bearing clearances etc) Build it then pull it down just to double check everything before winding 25psi into it.
