  1. Cool. Being hot to touch isnt a great indicator as a session at EC with std turbo had the hot side of my HKS cooler damn hot. But inlet temps were still 25deg C within ambient...so the inlet temp air temp is the real measure of whether you are cooking the air too much. Rule of thumb is an extra 10 deg C inlet temp is 1% power loss

Apexi....and they were not degreed in as i have cam gears and we played for hours to see what characteristics we could get from them....end of the day they simply didnt work with my current setup You can see above after some 60 dyno pulls trying different cam, fuel an ignition settings,,,put the std cams back in with old cam gear settings and bingo....wiyhin a few dyno pulls had more ;power everywhere, Not to say others wom\nt be able to get cams to work. But my setup simply doesn't need them and i am told Apexincams are nowhere near as good as Tomei and HKS

  23. That ridiculous. They should introduce a rule that wings etc must be within a certain percentage increase of the footprint of the car. Some person is going to end up depositing cars on kerbs which will just result in lose session time etc.
  24. Started to pull the Cossie down today and seems a good thing. Mahle pistons, AP clutch, plenty of porting in the head. So throwing some new front and rear main seals at it. Some fresh bearings and hopefuly have it all back together and tuned up in the next 3-4 weeks With that grey area cleared up...I need to think long and hard do I sink money into trying to get my current setup working with E85 and then try the new turbo to see if I cant get 300-320rwkws out of it...or do I just leave it as is and spend that money on a sump and the machining / assembly of my new engine?!?!?! I want to hit 300rwkws out of a std RB20 but it looks like its going to cost too much money trying to find what is limiting the current setup. Inlet piping, exhaust piping, exhaust housing diam??? f**k knows
  25. Will get some pics of wheels up this weekend now that I have found my camera. In the meantime I have also got some Sard 700cc injectors. Brand new, still in sealed bags and boxes. Don't need them anymore as not going E85. I know diddly squat about injectors but bought these because I was told they are nice to tune and have better spray patterns then most Item: SARD 700cc GTR/RB26 injectors SOLD Price: $720onoSOLD (I can't remember what I paid for them but pretty sure it was a fair wack more then asking price)
