  4. This IS SICK! http://www.mercedesamgf1.com/en/car/f1-w05-360-video/
  5. Eric now looks like a nob head
  6. Actually looks better in person than the pics to date http://gallery.autosport.com/picture.php/dir/bahf1testfeb1/image/l_0d68e240c5d207432b8c5e70f1a96a1d-4
  7. FARK YEH! The rebuild has really seemed to have helped the Lawlor Sierra. Seems to have pace to burn and then just cruise relative to the others! I wish I had the cash to grab it before Lawlor as I understand it was reasonably priced. (all things considered) its also a late model Sierra so 6 spd, less weight, bigger tyres :) Giggity, giggity.
  8. Yeh, given what you have invested in the cage etc I dont think the damage is enough to warrant a re-shell. If you have somewhere to store it just throw it in the corner and spend the occassional weekend stripping it and then getting the hanging panels straightened and vinyl wrap. Vinyl wrap NOT PAINT
  9. Yeh pumped about Wililams prospects for this year. I just hope my tip that they will be the top 4, possibly top 3 isnt going to come crashing down around me I am so pumped for Williams! Come on!
  10. I want to find a damn 10cm housing for it and flog off my T67 But....I am slowly making myself accept reality that I have way too much cash tied up in stuff not on my car...so got to go and use the cash to just enjoy the car
  11. Had this turbo for my RB20, backed to back it against the TD06-20G and despite the bigger compressor gave away nothing to the 20G in response, in fact it did seem to spool up nicer on the limited street driving it did. So has done some dyno time and about 20kms of street driving. Removed it as the 12cm housing simply was too big and 8cm too small. On an RB20 with an 8cm housing would be a very good thing able to make 310-330rwks depending on mods (inc E85). On an RB25 with a 10cm housing would be a very good thing, with almost T67 power but with better response of the 20G Runs a late model 65mm turbine that all the high performance turbos on late model EVOs run. Flows better than the L2 turbine. Only reason I am selling is because I am unable to find a 10cm Trust housing for it. So running my T67 with 10cm housing. (That and also my new engine has weak valve springs and cant run over 18psi so cant get the best out of the billet wheel, so T67 is getting the job done) If you can get a 10cm T3 housing will be a very good turbo for an RB25. An 8cm would be a better setup then a 20G 73HTA Billet Compressor by Forced Performance Side by Side with TD06-25G Asking $850
  12. Looks like another guy I have been holding this for has fallen through. I am happy to hold for people but seriously...dont ask for me to hold it if you are not genuine!!! Back for sale
  13. Ok, been read the riot act by friend and need them out of his shed. So if nobody wants them will be trading them with friend....but really prefer the cash
  14. Lotus has lost Kimi and Boullier...but they sill have Romain and seems the team still has its sense of humour
  15. Another reason why I am pumped for Williams this year. People are sayings its more fact than rumour...lets hope so. Awesome looking cars, look reasonably reliable and fast to date....Williams to be the Lotus creeper team of 2014 and will be putting money on them winning a GP this year
  16. I like the sound. The V10s were great, the V8s ok , generally just LOUD. The exhaust blown diffuser made them pop and sound cool on trailing throttle. The new V6s have different pitches through the rev range and different octaves....i like the layers. And they are not pulling max revs yet. Love the sound of them into braking areas Oh, and RENAULT ARE UP TH DUFF! So glad Williams went Mercedes. RBR are going to struggle for a while and poor Dan in the deep end. Half a lap after being delayed something like 3 hours and pulls over with smoke billowing from it a few corners after leaving pits
  17. Caterham, from generally one of the best looking cars to....well i hope the on track performance reveals that form follows function
  18. SUX ... McLaren: 'hydraulic and electrical installation issues'. Everything (car, engine, g'box) won't go together and start. Unlikely to run today
  19. LOL...It shattered well before Turn 1 and left Hamilton a helpless passenger, in much the same way as Fernando Alonso's wing broke in Malaysia last year. Still wisj I was there drinking cans in the sun...or under the clouds
  20. And now the Force India breaks down on track . LOL welcome to new engine regs Though its encouraging to hear that the engines sound as good as hinted in the La Ferrari test mule that was running around with a 2014 V6 turbz.
  21. LOL...first car to break down is...lol Ferrari with Kimi behind the wheel. Gets his first ice cream early this season
  22. The RBR looks pretty clean. I was hoping for a twin post rear for a bit of retro love but oh well. Roll on testing
  23. And STR is ygly assin...right up there with Lotus
  24. Well its tough to be reading about all the problems of Lotus, Now Boullier has left! Seriously, you have to laugh at the fact that Pastor got impatient and left what I feel will be a strong Williams and Lotus are going to struggle to have a team. Looks set to be a very bad season Which is a shame as I have always liked the team. Perhaps Haas should step in and buy Lotus rayher than starting from scratch The new V6s sound fine too
  25. Happy that Webber will be driving with Hartley. Anzac, Ex RBR pilots for the Porsche it is then....
