  1. Doesn't seem like it in the OP. I thought option 1 was for those drinking, and option 2 was for wimps. I'll go the parma please, dunno what Jett wants but we'll give him Mexican.
  2. I was offered $3k for my NA R33 on trade in. I then sold it for 7.5k (without RWC) within 24hrs of it going on carsales. I could have probably milked another grand out of it but I wanted a quick sale.
  3. Hey guys, A while back I asked about my roaming idle which I thought was nearly making my car stall. I haven't driven my car much lately so its taken me a while to diagnose the problem (plus its gotten 10x worse) but it seems its no the idle thats making the car nearly stall its the throttle. Everytime I push the throttle my revs drop to the point the car nearly stalls before picking back up. Even if I'm sitting in neutral or with the clutch in, just genetly tapping the throttle will cause the revs to drop suddenly before picking up again. As you can tell the car is mongrel to drive atm and I'm terrified of doing serious damage to the engine so I've parked it till I can get to the mechanic. The TPS was replaced recently, so I'm thinking they're related. Hopefully the mech will work it out, but it doesn't hurt to come armed with a bit of research. Cheers.
  4. Power is bad. Most of the time people spin out when trying to drift its because they put down to much power! If you really are suffering from a lack of power then go the cheap option and whack some horrible, skinny tyres on the rear. As for other mods get a 2-way diff for sure. I'd get coilovers too if you can afford them. Mine doesn't have coilovers and whilst I can kick it out one way and maintain some control, trying to link my drifts up in my yacht up is damn near impossible with stock suspension. It just snaps back so damn hard. Maybe I just suck at drifting.
  5. Lets hope there's no popcorn around, or salt and pepper, or coins, or cutlery... we're f**ked aren't we?
  6. I dunno if this is good or bad. First time there I... don't really remember. What I do remember is coming back to DECA a second time around and everyone remembering my name and who I was, yet I couldn't remember anyone. But anyway, put Jett and I down for option 1 please!
  7. lol nice. Every time I try and do something like that the first shot that hits me knocks my tracks out and then I'm dead before they get repaired.
  8. Just an update. This game is seriously awesome. I pretty much spent all weekend (that's how cool I am) playing it. The game is not about crafting at all, or even building pretty buildings, its about exploring. There is just so much shit to find, and its not pointless boring stuff either. You can literally look anywhere. I mean there are floating islands in the sky with awesome loot hidden on them. Great co-op game too. Highly recommend DLing it with a friend and start playing it together if you have the chance. Only downside is after a weekend's worth of playing I've almost found everything. I still need to get the final tier armor and break into the main dungeon but its very difficult to achieve solo. However the game was only just released (selling over 50,000 copies in the first day) and they plan on making constant updates.
  9. The ONLY reason I won't buy an Evo is because they're AWD. For everything else (looks are a personal opinion) the Evo dominates.
  10. I'm still working my way to a KV. They're so damned tough, and that 150mm gun flattens everything.
  11. Downloaded this today, pretty good so far and well worth $10.
  12. I've moved on from being an Arty whore to a TD whore. Loving the TDs once get up a few tiers and unlock some of the big guns. Whenever I play a regular tank I seem to die almost straight away, and I rarely beat even lesser tanks in a 1v1 match up. I think my tank control sucks ass. At least with TDs you can hide and snipe. I also average around ~300ms which I don't think helps. Anyone else suffer from lag?
  13. Having trouble uploading photos. Will load them tomorrow when I'm feeling more sober.
  14. Hey guys, Just posting this this for my mate, he owns a dead stock, unmodified, mint condition R34 GT Coupe. It has done ~82,000kms, is completely stock (except for rims), including the pop up Japanese TV and headunit. It does come with aftermarket 18" rims, unsure of brand but will post pictures. Will require new rear tyres for the RWC, we can provide these for the price offered or will drop the price $500 without RWC (the car was bought less 12months ago, and barely driven during that time - receipts provided) and should not require anything more than the tyres being replaced. The reason we're offering this is because my mate will likely replace the tyres with any old street tyre, rather than offering the buyer the opportunity to purchase their preference of tyre. The reason for the sale is my mate comes off his P's and is looking for a WRX or GTT replacement. Contact details are: 0402 074 167 - located in Mt Martha.
  15. Just list it as a Yota Boat. Bloody Toyotas...
  16. I only said XR6 because I know absolutely nothing about Fords. I thought all 6 cylinder Fords were XR6s (at least the later model once). I just want something comfortable and reliable. I will definitely look around, just have to sell my car first. Wouldn't be interested in an NA Supra would you? Maybe a swap for your BA, Silvia and trailer? Bargain on your part really, being a Supra and all. Do I have to show you how vastly superior they are to the Silvia again....
  17. I'm an arty whore. Who knew tanks could have snipers.
  18. lol fair call. I guess my biggest issue is on the Mornington Peninsula every mum and her mum drives a 4wd. I've always given them shit for buying a 4wd and never using it for what it was designed to do. Be a bit of hypocrite if I bought one as a daily and never went off road.
  19. Whoa thanks for all the info. I'm definitely leaning towards the Falcodore route anyway over the big 4WD simply because I'd prefer a sedan. A 4WD would just be a hassle to park and I can't imagine maintenance being anywhere near as cheap as a Falcodore. I'll definitely check out the BA's, and I'll definitely pick your brain about Silvia's at DECA
  20. I'm KezR. I'm not very good lol
  21. 3.46 My mate has one and he reckons doing a 100kph if you put it in 6th the car nearly stalls.
  22. Reckon a diesel 4WD would be cheaper to run (this will be my daily remember) than a Commodore? As for the Civic, I'll consider it, but I really want a turbo RWD car. I've never owned a turbo car, but have always wanted one, and I like to go sideways.
  23. I thought so, explains why Monaros are so slow!
  24. One this topic, will shorter gearing give you faster acceleration, or will both cars accelerate at a similar pace? What's the advantage of short gears?
