Hey guys, I recently put a heavy duty button clutch into my car last weekend, and am playing on taking it to an event this coming weekend. I've been driving it as much as possible, but is there a quick way to bed the clutch in? I have a 3hr drive to the track tomorrow night but it is mostly freeway. Should I consider pushing the clutch in and out occasionally as I drive? Change between more frequently 4th and 5th? Or am I going to do more harm than good? Thanks.

Hey guys, I'll be spending the next 10 weeks working out in Endeavour Hills. Normally I catch the train to work but public transport isn't an option here. I own a car, but it not too subtle nor entirely legal. It's used primarily to drive to and from track days. My question is how bad are the cops/other hoons in the area? Could I get away with driving sensibility during regular day light hours to and from work, or am I going to be targeted horribly? Cheers.

Can he still receive a summons to court at a later date? Surely a fine for such excessive speeding will attract more attention.

Heathcote is a long way from where we live, but seems like it's the only place doing it? Is there an SAU drag day coming up any time soon? Hey guys, I've recently bought a 180sx with the intention of getting it out onto the track. It's registered, but not very street friendly, plus it lives at my parents house, so needless to say it gets driven at most once a fortnight and for 30min tops (ignoring track days). My question is what can I do to maintain this car when it is rarely driven? It is my understanding that fuel can go stale, how long does this take? Should I keep the bare minimum fuel in the car and fill it up as I use it? My father told me that it's better to have a full tank than to keep partially filling as it keeps everything cleaner, running smoother, etc. Should I keep a full tank and just throw an octane booster or something into it if it's been a while? I've currently got the battery on a trickle charger, is this okay or am I better off just disconnecting it completely. Are there any other issues I should be aware of, like the tyres sitting on the same spots for up to 4 weeks straight? Is there any other advice you can give? Any thing I should or shouldn't be doing when I take it on its fortnightly drives? Sorry for the noob questions, I just want to ensure I'm doing everything I can to keep the 180 running at its best. Thanks.
