3 points? f**k that I'd contest it saying you slipped in with less than 100meters to go. If they were pulling over dozens of cars that day I doubt the cop who saw (and even less likely the one who booked you) could confirm whether or not it was more than 100 meters.

How do we pay? Send the money to SAUVic, or cash on the day? At the moment I'm pretty sure I can come, I'm working that day but there's plenty of time to organise time off.

I won't go into detail on my experience with them suffice to say I would not deal with them again. Jason seemed like a stand up guy, but Shui (is that his name?) really f**ked us over.

Three junkies threatening to stab you isn't life threatening? They tried grabbed my iPod out of my hand as I walked past them I held for a bit and that's when the threats started. It wasn't until they walked away with it that they realized it was an iPod not my phone (which was in my pocket). This happened in broad daylight outside Frankston's busy train station in front of maybe 50 people, so I doubt they wanted to stick around. I waited because they told me to on the phone, if I knew it'd take that long I might've run there, but then again they junkies went in that direction too. They were pretty stupid, I mean, mugging me in daylight, and then just sitting down around the corner with my ipod in their hands. Cops were thrilled though, they knew these guys by name (typical methodine train station junkies) and had been looking for an excuse to bust them.

Just curious, but why not a GTR? Have you already bought the car? Surely if you can afford the conversion a GTR with a dead RB wouldn't be out of reach. A V8 AWD launch would be pretty impressive to see, and if you want to have rwd fun its only a flick of the switch away.

Hey guys, Girlfriend are looking to head out for dinner Saturday night but have no idea where to go. We'd prefer somewhere east/south east of the city, or even in the city, but we're not prepared to travel to the other side for a good meal. However, in the interest of keeping this thread useful for everyone you can post up good restaurants regardless of locations. What we're looking is excellent food at affordable prices. When I was mugged in Frankston I rang the police and it took about... 10 minutes for them to arrive? Keep in mind the cop shop is like... 300 meters away and it was like 1pm on a weekday. When he arrived we drove around a bit until we located the muggers, the cop radioed for back up and within literally 60 seconds the entire street was full of police. Must've been at least 6 vehicles, and more arrived later. I understand wanting to protect their own, but I was little disappointed in how long it took them to react to a 000 call when there were dozens of cops just moments away.

Was he charged with anything? Getting locked up for one night seems so pathetic for trying to assault an officer.

Call the cops. If the cops know he's threatened you, and he knows they know, he won't do shit because it will come straight back at him. Plus like everyone's said he probably has a record and cops NEED people to come forward this shit like this so they can pin them down, don't let him get away with it. When you leave, triple check the car park is clear, make sure the cameras are running and if you see anything suspicious call the cops.
