  1. As the title says I have a pair of brand new Kumho KU36s 245/35/R18 Nothing wrong with them, I'm just in need of some cash. Paid $500 for these delivered, asking $375 for both. Located on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria. Thanks, Kieran.
  2. When my dead stock R34 arrives from Japan I'm gonna go cut laps in Knox just to waste THEIR time. Mind you, they'd probably still dick me over for something.
  3. Having absolutely no clue on the current market for GT-Ts, I'd say $23,000-24,000.
  4. Ease up guys. A decent cop comes along and explains it the way he (the police) sees it, he admits that they do make mistakes and are not perfect and hands out pretty good advice. Then you guys all flip out at him because of the way other officers treat you. This guy is one of the few policemen out there who are genuinely trying to do their job properly and you're doing nothing but giving him a reason to dislike you.
  5. 300hp doesn't seem like much for those mods, is it missing something?
  6. How many K's? Ever put it on a dyno?
  7. Drove through Frankston yesterday, was there about... 10-15min at 10am in the morning. Saw at least 4 cops pulling various cars over. Most of them unmarked.
  8. Ha, I didn't even notice where it was at. Guess I won't be coming. Have fun anyway.
  9. If I still have my car then I'll try come along. N/A Supra - extractors, exhaust, high flow panel, manual. Prob putting out around 140-150rwkw. + KU36's!
  10. http://www.wikihow.com/Make-a-Smart-Car-Su...-a-Mobile-Phone Cheap, DIY mobile tracking.
  11. Damn, if only you were in Vic. Very nice car.
  12. They're usually counters, nothing to do with speed.
  13. I joined the group, but I can't find the wall post to like.
  14. Put them on my Supra and I honestly didn't feel any difference. Apparently they're good for 15-20rwkw on the 2JZ-GE (not JUST the extractors, this is stock exhaust to full custom exhaust), but I like I said I didn't notice it. Once I replaced the exposed pod (this is after the exhaust) with a stock box and aftermarket panel filter I did notice a significant boost to power, although nothing spectacular. Point I'm trying to make is unless you're planning on taking your car to the track, drag strip, etc and really want to squeeze every watt of power out of it, I suggest you don't do it. It's expensive for very little gain. Put your money towards cosmetics or save it for when you get off your P's. Although one great thing about the extractors (at least on the 2JZ) is it makes the exhaust note sound awesome. Very high-pitched, racey and unlike 90% of the deep and "droney" import cannons out there.
  15. Yeah I'm looking forward to doing mine next year. Had to work everyday for this discount, including the Sunday! Parents asked what I wanted for xmas and I pointed them towards you, so here's hoping.
  16. Pretty sure they're the same, at least as far as I can tell from my Google studies.
  17. A 10k Automatic Non Turbo Sedan R34 is right on the mark.
  18. Heh, and here I always thought JDM stood for Japanese Delivered Model.
  19. Yeah, I've been looking at seats. No clue what to get though. I want something that's legal, decent and preferably second hand so I can save money. Recaros seem to be the way to go. Brands like Bride are woefully expensive.
  20. Still recovering financially from this gearbox drama. Worse time of the year too. Hopefully I'll be at the next one, still have this set of KU36's and swaybar to sitting in my room to fit. As for the driving position I was just thinking of DECA again
  21. I thought the most distinguishing feature was the fully sick driving position.
  22. Never been to one cause I never had anyone to go with (quite a drive for me), but f**k it. Gonna try and head down on my lonesome tonight.
  23. Too cheap! You're making me cry when I go to sell mine!
  24. Never mind, you guys just aren't getting my point. And for the record, my NA Supra has extractors, full mandrel bent exhaust, whiteline swaybars, KU36 rubber all around and soon to have coilovers. I'm not bragging, I'm just saying I'm all for NA performance, and I don't doubt their potential. I just hate seeing awesome cars like TT Supras and GTRs all prettied up in custom paint, 20" dished out chromies and massive body kits never being used to their full potential. If you want a show pony buy an NA and putt around in that. Anyway, I'm done for this thread.
