  1. Chuck me where ever.
  2. Would you be willing to swap plus cash towards an Evo if the price were fair? I have a mate who might be interested.
  3. Anyone know when this goes live?
  4. banelings, banelings, banelings, Oooh!
  5. Master league? That's crazy. I found SC2 too stressful and intense for a game I was meant to relax and enjoy in my time off.
  6. lol at the NA SR20 coming 12th. Good job, Jett.
  7. Me! Me! Pick me!
  8. I hit the jackpot last night. Cruising around the far, far north on a motorbike I found half a dozen tents, few other vehicles (which clan claimed) and one of our members found a fully repaired, fully armed and fuelled chopper! I pretty much have the perfect set, just need ghillie and range finders. Then go lose it in reckless PK.
  9. Get DayZ Commander. Use it check version and update for you.
  10. lol running into the crack head demanding trade or the guys who shot him? I'd have shot him too. You don't have to play off-peak at all. I get into a ANZ server within 2 minutes of logging on, or you can join a US server whenever you want, which isn't bad at <200ms
  11. Get Day Z Commander instead: http://www.dayzcommander.com/\
  12. Make sure your 3D resolution matches your monitor resolution, and turn anti-aliasing off.
  13. Anyone else playing? For those that don't know its a zombie survival MMO which involves you starting on a beach with nothing but a torch. You have to scavenge food, water, tools, supplies and a weapon all whilst evading the hordes of roaming zombies. However the zombies aren't the worst danger, the biggest killer is other survivors (players), or bandits as they're better known in game. Many players out there are friendly, and are willing to team up with you, but some want to shoot you and take your gear. When you die, its permanent. You respawn back on the beach with your trusty torch, and trust me, you will die a lot. It is an extremely satisfying game though, and I've never played anything that got my heart racing like this one. Its a free mod based on the ARMA 2 combat system, which is one of the most realistic war games ever made. Expect everything from zeroing on scopes, bullet drop, realistic gun noises and volume (which are VERY important as they attract both zombies and players), vehicle damage, etc. On the downside its still in its alpha stages which means a lot of glitches and the occasional hacker. Although it is getting fixed quite rapidly. Mainly because it has grown even faster than Minecraft did. Highly recommend it.
  14. I geeked it up when I built my PC and bought a Corsair Vengence K90 and a Steelseries Sensei gaming mouse. Love them both.
  15. Its a great idea, for both Blizzard and consumers. Blizzard will make a f**k load of money off the 15% cut, and those that want to pay can pay. The biggest mistake they made was releasing D3 without the real money AH being set up, I've already grown bored of the game and won't invest any money but when it was first released I might have. Personally I don't have the time nor the desire to farm/grind for days on end to get decent gear. It would take me weeks to earn what I can buy with an hour's wage at work. However I won't, because I'm bored of the game already. The biggest issue at the moment is everyone is putting everything up at $250 and selling nothing. In a month or so people will gradually drop their prices realise that their super leet epic gear will only go for a few bucks anyway. The only people upset by this change (it's not really a change because you could easily buy gear in D2 anyway, now its just official and safer) are the hardcore gamers who have the time to invest hundreds of hours into the game. There's no loss there anyway, its not like these people will be so disgruntled as to never buy another Blizzard game. They're hardcore gamers, they'll be first in line to buy the next game.
  16. Anyone playing this? Game looks awesome, kind of like Skyrim but with an actual challenge. Can't wait to get it, but I think I'll wait till after exams are over.
  17. Its full business attire. If I can get onto the Monash its literally just off the Toorak Rd exit, so if I can find a place close to the Monash entry heading outbound to Toorak Rd I might be okay driving. Otherwise I think you're right, trains and trams it is for me. I might actually head up there one day during peak out and make the trip on public transport from say Carlton to see how painful it is and how long it takes. Actually no, that's a lie. I couldn't be effed doing that lol.
  18. Hey guys, Looking for some advice and am unsure who or where to ask. I have a new job starting next year in Hawthorn and need to find a place to live. My girlfriend who I plan on moving in with also works in Carlton. She can reach her work from the CBD easily by catching a tram, but cannot drive. I can drive to mine (parking provided) or catch the train and get off at Tooronga station, but it involves a bit of a walk. Neither of us have any experience with inner city peak hour traffic, apart from the fact trains are shit and unreliable. Does anyone have any recommendations on which suburbs we should be looking at? We were considering: Richmond: Its located right between the two, Tooronga station is on that line and my gf can easily get into the city. However I have been told by my parents who lived there 15years ago that traffic is horrendous in the morning - I can only imagine its worse now. South Yarra: Benefit here is I can jump onto the Monash OUTbound and get off at Toorak road. How bad is the traffic outbound on the Monash in the mornings (and inbound in the afternoons), and how bad is it around South Yarra/Toorak Rd? CBD: Biggest con here is we would have no car, which is a great money saver but could prove annoying. Carlton: This is her idea. She walks to work, which admittedly would save a lot of money and I drive to Hawthorn. How difficult would this be in the morning? I imagine it would not be worth the effort. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.
  19. lol I had a mate who waited till today for the catch of the day $20 special. Sold out in 8min and he couldn't even load the page. He was even more excited for D3 than I was. That's what you get for being a tightass I suppose.
  20. Damn Jett, you must have punished your car to get 8th on the long wang in an NA Silvia.
  21. Yeah I'm currently playing a wizard which is pretty much living up to the name glass cannon. Mass + int items and minimal +vit. I literally get one shotted by champions and bosses so I need others to be meat shields. Although I literally melt enemies away with the stupid damage done.
  22. I wuv you, Blizzard.
  23. http://www.computerandvideogames.com/347399/game-australia-no-refunds-for-diablo-iii-pre-orders/ And I paid the deposit in full. Lesson learned.
