  1. Good mate lost his licence, moved in with me as we work together and I drove him around, even to drop off his one night stands at the train station. He owes me. Big time. Like naming his first born after me...
  2. When I get up today later and its not 130AM I'm gonna crank up the stereo and play it. I want the neighbours to hear the ferrari F430 at 8500rpm, and the mines R34 at full noise....
  3. Options and assign it to a button on the controller? Thats if there is a clutch. I use my steering wheel with the F1 paddleshift and dont care about a clutch...
  4. I heard AMEC does cooler installs.....
  5. mate had a loose cooler pipe hose clamp, made a roaring sound, lost power at 3.5k+rpm. check your pipes and hose clamps buddy, all of them...
  6. Yeah bloody snap oversteer spinout sucks....
  7. I got me a carbon bonnet for my R32 GT-R. And I have aerocatch pins. It goes to the panelbeaters next week to get all my goodies fitted and painted so after I get it back I'll post up some pics
  8. Nope no HICAS on R35 GT-R. I read somewhere nissan said no racecar has it so the R35 wont either.
  9. Get your brother life insurance, get him to have you as the benificiery(spelling?), then kill that car crashing bum. You'll get a new car and he will never hurt another skyline again
  10. Probably got the price wrong when he typed it in. More like $19,900...
  11. On the R32 its 0.7 bar. I'd say it should be the same on the R34. over a bar will probably kill your stock turbos...
  12. +1 I've never been anywhere else since I got my 'line. But I'm on the north side very close to Mercury. If I was on the south I'd probably go straight to Godzilla. Trent and the boys at mercury have been very helpful and friendly. I only went there twice and Trent was greeting me by name when I walked in. They did a power run on my GTR for $75. That was 3 full pulls. Gonna go see 'em soon, the bug for more power is biting at me again....
  13. Fine + points. Just go get your manual licence you lazy bum
  14. Your better off selling it and buying a turbo one if you want to go faster mate.
  15. Wow dude, you're super funny. Buddy came home last night. His collar was missing and he had lost about 25% of his bodyweight. Was freaked out, hid under our bed after he ate about 3x his normal meal size of biscuits. Stayed there all night. Poor buggers traumatized. Least I got one back though
  16. When in WA a few years ago I saw a really old ute with rust holes in both doors. You could see both driver and passengers legs. My dad said they didn't need inspections over there for rego every year. Bet its changed now though. Oh and the other night on the way home from work I saw a range rover 4WD smoke a VT SS commodore. The guy reckons it does 13.0 flat, and I believe him, since it has the supercharged jag motor.....
  17. I didn't want them hurting natives so we got the loudest, most annoying bells possible. No greyhounds/whippets here anywhere. The neighbours have a maltese one side and 2 boston terriers on the other. But buddy was bigger than a terrier. I dont hold much hope at all about their return. At least the staffy can't get out of the yard....
  18. It pulled 3.3sec 0-100 on a semi-wet airport runway in japan during private testing.
  19. You guys know good old Ed here is from the corvette forum, just coming over here to justify why they lost with some lame number crunching BS. Hey Ed, go back to your pushrod V8 farm plow loving. Yeeehaw
  20. Anger mostly. Missy has been missing for 6 months and buddy has been gone for 4 weeks. So it's probably not coincidence. I just thought if anyone else had pets they might like a warning about letting them go outside. Yeah I'm aware cats can hurt natives, so we fitted some big ass bells 'n stuff to both of them. Plus there aren't that many possums, bilbies etc in the city. Besides a possum would own a cat. At our last house in Oxley some jerk trapped Buddy, removed his collar, covered him in dirt and took him to the RSPCA as a 'stray'. So it does happen. We tried keeping them in but you can't have all the screens closed 24/7. They ate they're way out of a second story window and jumped to the ground. So we gave up and just let them out rather than have our screens chewed.
  21. Just hook up 3 big bottles of Vtec yo. Make sure it doesnt blow the welds on your intake though
  22. Both chipped, desexed vaccinated. My girl is in the pet industry so shes a nazi about that stuff. Doesn't help if they've just been killed and buried, but if someones captured them and hands them in to RSPCA I'll get 'em back. Or if they take them to the vets. Buddy used to come home when I did from work, he would charge up the front steps and into the house as I went in, his timing was that good. Missy was lazy she'd only nick off for an hour or so at a time. Buddy is the stripy bear, Missy the black bear.
  23. I love the Nac Mac Feegle. 4WS is not a skyline trademark, really. Hondas have 4WS. Some RX7's have rear wheels that toe in under brakes and toe out under acceleration.
  24. I think my car used to be one of those sunday cup cars in japan. It had HICAS removed, no A/C compressor, wires in the dash for a helmet or something and it had no spoiler when I bought it but the boot has holes filled up where the GT wing used to be. Oh and the F50 brakes had massive heat glazing and cracks on them. Guessing it copped some serious track time....
