  1. Can't say it does... That's the only difference the system is picking up, which is the different Drivetrain and Grade of car.
  2. I am getting mix of 5 results but all the listings say the build date is December 2008...
  3. That Floor Brace! I got one in mine too.
  4. OMP is blue, like his car.
  5. And yeah, I agree with all the R34 GTR owner comments, as it's so true
  6. You'd hope so as he is on E85 now...
  7. Stiffer suspension... I see. And yes of course, bigger tyres, to fit on to biggers wheels.
  8. Interesting... Try Import Monster for rear Brembo Calipers.
  9. TEIN = WIn!
  10. Interesting... So it's got stock Brembos on the front but not on the rears... So what's on the rears? Just "Nissan" (Sumitomo) calipers?
  11. Sounds good, post some pics Visibly you should be able to tell in stock form: Brembo Front and Rear Calipers. 17 x 7 +20 or 17 x 8 +30 BBS Wheels (Check the centre of the wheels) V-Spec Sticker on the boot lid. A retuned ATTESA E-TS system but that you wouldn't be able to tell straight up.
  12. Yeah, the VIN and Model Number it checks out to be a V-Spec:
  13. REVS is wrong. Compliance Date can not equal the build date... That's impossible as it was built in 05 - 1990 and only just came to AUS. Compliance Date usually refers to when the car was complied to AUS Standards / ADR Laws. Your model number checks out to be a Base Model R32 GTR, made in 05 - May. KBNR32RXFSLTAA - "X" signifies it is a GTR (16 Inch Wheels) = Base Model. If the "X" was a "B" then it would = V-Spec (17 Inch Wheels) On a side note: KBNR32RXFSLTAA, "L" = Fog Lights from factory... You have fog lights on the car?
  14. All good! Yes, that's correct, "B" for Interior. B = "Minor repairs are not necessary. The most popular grade for export. Very clean interior." And your car scored a "4". 4 = "The car is under 150,000km The exterior may have some scratches / scrapes and dents. The car is in above average condition. No Crash history. The interior may have some tears, cigarette burn marks, and / or stains. They will require some minor repair. The auction sheet will tell us in more detail. Generally a 4 grade car is a good target and the most popular for export. Price range will be in the top 30%."
  15. I see, it would defiantly come in handy for the winter. Sounds good Yes, V-Spec's were made in 1993. Post the Model Number and let me have a look. It's the number starting with "KBNR32..." Under the Chassis Number on the blue plate.
  16. Well done! Be good to see some pics too The Spec Codes list "COLD2" = Cold Region Package... I am interested in to what this actually is on the car, thanks!
  17. The Spec Codes tell me it's a M-Spec...
  18. Not really. Yeah sure, Nissan addressed the oil pump issue in the later models but it only tends to fail at highly modified applications. If you are just using for street use, you'd be fine. Generally buying a later model R32 GTR will just mean it's new then the older models and most probably have more life in it (Turbo's and Engine) before you need to rebuild anything.
  19. Looks good Forged, the Auction Sheet matches quite accurately to what the car actually is. Yes, as a part of compliance, they would be the standard procedures. You would definitely change engine oil / oil, air, fuel filters so you know for sure it's running right + it's for your own good and the car. I guess changing new tyres and wiper blade rubbers so they would meet to AUS Standards. Child Restraints are just part of the AUS Complicating and ARD Laws.
  20. Sounds good I am sure you are happy with that!
