I see... The Green Plate is the Compliance Plate... Does it look anything like this below: (Example Only) Should still have the VIN on it... Or, take a look up against the firewall as it should be engraved on there: (Example Only)

With the Oil Pump, have a look at it and check the part number on it. 15010-05U12 = Stock 15010-24U01 = N1 15010-RR580 = Nismo The crank... Unless you know it's upgraded, have proof it's been upgraded, there is no other way unless you open up your engine to take a look.

Not really, unless your GTR is a V-Spec. Even then, if it were a V-Spec, the RB26 engine will be no different from a non V-Spec. Post your VIN Number (the number starting with "BNR32...") here or in the FAST Thread and let me see if I can decode.- 1 reply

Your number came up with 3 results: But the only thing different between the 3 results were the Grade Of Car ie. GTR / GTR V-Spec / GTR N1. But since you have listed GTR V-Spec under your avatar here is the result:

Yeah generalisations are fun, cause most of the time it's stereo typically true. I took an Asian girl out to dinner, under the condition I bring my parents (because she wanted to meet them) and she can bring her friend. Most awkward dinner ever. The last "K" (18th digit) I think means that R33 GTR had Dual Air Bags.

Yeah sure, I'd be interested to have a look at what the dealer can provide you. 4.5B sounds quite good considering the age and the type of car that it is. Treat the car nice and it will take you a long way. Rebuilds can cost a lot but well worth it when you take it to a specialist mechanic.
