  1. ^^Timing I guess. Ppl gota be in the market for one before you get a buyer... It will still sell... takes time. Put it on Car Sales / Car Point / Drive.com.au / SAU For Sale Thread / Trading post ect Petrol prices are going up / new P Plater laws are coming in, not easy owning a GTR with all the cost involved. (Just speculations)
  2. They will get you to put a cat converter back on and to be safe, put your stock exhaust back on at the same time. Even still if your stock exhaust is too loud they get you to put a resinator in. Noise level has to be below 90 decibels (90' model cars and before) They will check your O2 Sensor to see if the car is running too rich or lean. They want it perfect. BOV (Noise), Oil catch can = EPA will say WTF is that? (They probley have no idea what it is but they will not like it), high mount turbos = forcing more air = more emissions bla bla bla... Air pods you can get away with Intercooler I had no problems with
  3. Yeah true that! I have been thinking about getting mine back to stock, Eg. I want to put the spoiler back on as it never came with one cuz the previous owner took it off. Easily sorced, just get my friends grey import and remove the whole boot lid off mine and replace it with his + its the same colour, only need to wash and polish it up. (Only thing is that I gota change the key hole to the boot lock). And he keeps telling me it looks better without the spoiler. Paint my inlet plenum black again, cuz my mechanic washed it all off after doing my turbo rebuild. The stock rims I would like to have back but the car came with 17" Rays Wheels and don't really wana go back down to 16". LOL! After all this talk, Orion I think you should just keep it. You might regret the sale.
  4. Sure thanks! No probs You got some nice rims? Don't you? Ah man! LOL! Yeah I burn a cd with all nice pics and give'em to you all.
  5. Nice Z-Tune style bonnet. But if ya still worried, you can sorce a V-Spec bonnet. Its actualy got a NACA Duct / Scoop - When properly implemented, it allows air to be drawn into an internal duct, often for cooling purposes, with a minimal disturbance to the flow.
  6. LOL! I'll give you a cd like last time!
  7. Said my ****** don't dance, we just pull up the pants and, Do the Roc-away. (Can you hear me) Now lean back, lean back, lean back, lean back LEANBAC
  8. GET WELL SOON Lauz_90 Hope to see you soon! BTW krzysiu you probley took her dad's R32 GTR out and Lauren was in the front seat and you hammered it around a corner and the bucket seat probley pushed her appendix in...
  9. some_cs_student's bonnet is great. There is a plate that sits under the vent and is bolted in. On hot days, unscrew the bolts and you get more air flow / vent out the heat. If it rains bolt it back in. Also remember some cars came standard with vents, ie. GTR R34 V-Spec's and up, Mitsubishi Evos all got stock bonnet vents and STi's... So in stock form their probley still can get some water in... Maybe take a look at them and see how they avoid getting water in.
  10. Right. Well try your luck, but if your getting shit offers then I just keep it. Hard to find stock R32 GTR's. BTW did you still want a newer gear knob?
  11. Yeah sweet Bro! I can still take a nice photo without it but tripod will help a lot and get a very nice smooth pic! Thanks
  12. They are nice rims... Maybe take a look at joeyjoejoejuniorshabadoo Inferno's. They would look nice on your car too as they are black rims and you have a whte car... But still, can't complain with the bronze colour Volks!
  13. Hey abu and taxi33! Here are some pics of ya car. Seriously there is like 169 photos me and LEANBAK took. Here is the nice ones.
  14. ^^Well try your luck with mid to high 20's and the buyer will bargen you down... So start high then go down. If ya start at low 20's and if the buyer bargins you down to the $19 000 (Give or Take afew hundred) they gonna say "SWEET" BTW you bought the car for like very good price didn't you? So you probley make a profit on this anyway.
  15. SAU Member R33silverS2 had one for sale for about $500 then dropped to $450, then maybe $400... from memory don't quote me on that one LOL!
  16. Ah ok, you starting a family sometime soon... Hehe!! Need some funds for a house, lol! BTW that 4 door better be a R32, cuz those 4 doors look nice with the Vertex kit. On the subject of your R32 in stock form, I have seen Local AUS delivered GTR's hold a value of $30 000+. Were talking full AUS Spec with the Nissan badge on the bonnet not the "S" Badge. Advertise it as Stock JDM R32 GTR + Log books, history (Which I think you have), $30 000 and see how you go. Price is negotiable I guess. Preferably sell it to a decent buyer, not some kid whos gona tear the thing up in 2 weeks. But as long as they have paid you thats all that matters. Still just for a peace of mind it goes to a good home.
  17. 18" will do. Yeah RAYS of Nismo LMGT rims
  18. What! you selling you GTR already!? Getting a R33 GTR now? As kinda hinted in your signature...
  19. Yeah you get f**kers out there that do it. Their mentality is "oh GTR check it out and see if he wants to race". Those ppl have no F**king idea cuz they drive shit cars or don't know shit about cars. If it pisses you off that much, I was told ppl get an Anti Lag system then ya Godzilla will really blow fire!
  20. I got a boost gauge mounted just behind the boss kit, on the steering column. Perfect spot I think.
  21. ^^Interesting... Seems the Nismo edition is 30kg lighter. 0-400m GTR Nismo = 13.325 secs GTR = 13.378 secs GTR Nismo = 0.053 secs faster But around the track The GTR was faster by 'point' few of a second.
  22. Nismo Due to strict Group A homologation rules, Nissan was required to also sell a series of the Skyline GT-R which more accurately reflected the car they use in Group A racing. This series was called the Skyline GT-R 'Nismo' edition. The Skyline GT-R 'Nismo', introduced in February 22, 1990, has a total production of 560 units as required for the "Evolution" models regulation (over 500). Its purpose is to homologate a number of aerodynamic changes used in Group A racing. Changes include additional ducts in the front bumper to improve airflow to the intercooler, a bonnet lip spoiler to direct more air into the engine bay, and an additional boot lip spoiler to provide more downforce. The 'Nismo' GT-R was only available in Gunmetal Grey. - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skyline_gtr So really there is no engine change, just what looks like cosmetic change with a purpose to help with the cars performance. Hence the Nismo Bodykit.
  23. Looks friggin TUFF! Welldone!
