Owgasm's black version of the OEM GTR R34 spoiler looks nice, is it carbon fibre? or just black? R-SPEC get rid of the Nismo spoiler, I hate it. . If I had that spoiler I'd take it off and put on the GTR on or leave it off.

What you could do is insure the car in ya mum/dads name and put you down as "Occasional" driver or something like that. If the cars in say ya mum/dads name they might be more easier, cuz the insurance companies will probly think their not gona hoon it around everynight, "More Sensible" oohhh. Lol! But if you do get the car in their name and you drive it most/all the time, you gota make sure any fines you get with that car, its gona cost them. SO DON'T MESS ABOUT! LOL or they would kick ya ass haha! Kinda sucks when ya young and want a fast car. I gota friend who was 19 at the time and he bought a S13 Silvier and to insure in his dads name it was like $4500 and rating 5 through AAMI in Adelaide. So go through Just Cars Insurance, which are underwriten by AAMI or do a ring around. I heard Shannons are pretty good. Actually I got another friend who did exactly what I said. Insured his R32 GTS-T in his mums name with Shannons. He was 17 at the time and he was drifting it at Caulder Park till he was 18 so he could drive it on the streets. -

He owns McDonalds! Get the R34, not much of a fan of subies and if you where to get a STi I get an EVO IX / EVO X. But ehy if ya got the cash for the EVO go R34 GTR, they are getting cheaper in price. -
He also making fun of hippies and if ya can't remember a guys name, just call him "Mate" and both of ya have a beer! LOL

F**K yeah! LOL. Those wheels look terrible. Can't believe they even made those wheels.
-
The white one looks quite nice with the smooth bodykit, wheels are OK, but I would have other things in mind.

Preferbley goto a performance place or an import car dealer and they should be able to help you out. Ask David from Carizma on the forum.

Troubles Finding A New Car
(OO)SKYLINE(OO) replied to jaysevu's topic in R Series (R30, R31, R32, R33, R34)
Buy A GTR and Take the GTR Badge off then when you are off ya P's Stick the Badge back on. Although I always wanted a S15. Nice cars! Try and insure with Just Cars, They pretty much cater for ppl such as yourself and probley most ppl pn this forum. GTRs can be a bit of pig to drive sometimes depending on suspension set up and ya clutch. If its stock then should be OK in traffic, but you know you preffer freeway, cuz the single plate can get heavy. Drive it sensibly and keep the outside stock looking (nothing over the top) and most cops can do is just check ya license and breath test ya. But if cops a least of your worries than it should be all cool. -
LOL! Atleast they let me test drive the R32 GTR they had, but it was being driven by an employee at the same time their are selling it. Wouldn't give me a price and take no trade ins. JSA Imports, got a few cars but if ya wanna know a story PM me. I bought my car from Carizma so ask him(David) on this forum for details. kamikaze had quite a range too. Best is to check out the dealers for yaself and see how they all are. BTW bring a mechanic with you if not ya not one.

HEHE!! The Skylines will love the cold weather. I use to live there for about 2 years. Yes fun draging off Holdens and Fords. There was 2 car yards that sold imports. One had a few R32's, 300ZX, S13, EVO 6 and a R34 GTR. Then there was Amarican Made Cycles which imported in Japanese and American cars. They had a GTR R33 and R34, Supras and Soaras and the rest were corvettes, pontiacs and a few bikes. Also afew smaller car yards had a R32 GTR. Ballarat was so small ppl knew what u all drove.

HKS Boost gauge mounted just behind the steering wheel / boss kit. I don't realy like gauges screwed into the dash / pluged in the air vent, I like them fitted nicely on the A-Pillar like how the S15's come stock but atm its in a pretty good position that I would not have thought off.

K&n Panel Filter Or Hks Mushroom Filter
(OO)SKYLINE(OO) replied to blitz r33's topic in R Series (R30, R31, R32, R33, R34)
I use twin HKS pod filters and works fine. As long as you have the intercooler to cool the air from the turbos then its all good. You do realise how hot it is inside the turbo(s). That why you have the intercooler = cool air down. I clean My pods every time with the K&N cleaner recharge kit. The spay oil you put on does not really affect anything unless you spray a lot on and clog it up. All ya gota do is spray a light coat and thats it, 3 sprays = spray up / spray down / spray up. Its to catch all the dust/dirt particals. I also suggest putting an air feed, which will give better air flow to the pod. -
MENIS look pretty cool, kinda "showy" tho. But ppl are thinking it the wheels in the pic you posted, they look chrome in the pic... Not a fan. But I quite like the DRIFT TEK BLACK.
