Now, Neon's/LED's are illegal unless factory fitted ( The new Holden's, and euro's that come with driving lights), And many enthusiasts on this forum will flame you for the thought of putting these accessories onto your car adding the "RICER" tag to your Skyline, but at the end of the day, it's YOUR car no one else's so do what YOU want. Red/Blue lights cannot be at the front/rear of the vehicle to stop confusion of emergency vehicles or brake lights, keep this in mind. Why not add some Coloured Lights under the dash, and Foot wells, just to give it that nice touch for the Passengers. Anyways good luck. But i need part names and brands etc cause i have no idea etc. My car is a white series 2 R33 GTS
