we are planning to run the car jan 2010 if all the work we are doing is finished in time...prob the new year series at willowbank for some testing.. it will be totally different from the full street type gtr .. lots of carbon work and some more engine development during the off season and hot weather. cheers, mark

we can get about 100 to 150 lbs out of car with some carbon parts... so should be interesting to see what difference it makes...

car is 3050lbs at the moment... so we can hopefully loose 150lbs... we run 4wd the hole track it needs it for safety i believe.. cheers, mark

we are in the process of a wieght reduction program and looking at some aero dynamic options..but still would like to keep the cars look some what as a r32gtr... also have a new custom turbo being fitted now for testing very soon... keep you all posted.. cheers, mark godzilla motorsport..

jambo 09 was our best year ever.. running 8 passes in the gtr. with 6 7 sec passes..top qualifier with 7.83 at 179mph.. new pb of 7.78 at 183 mph with a 1.30 60ft... winner of the modifeid compact class was a bonous.. congrats to paul running a pb of 9.4 with heaps left in it. congrats to john in rh9 for running a pb of 10.1 at 140 in testing on low boost.. with a few gremlins at jambo ....but keep your eyes on this car it may surprise a few soon... like to thank all my crew, harry,justin,scott and my canberra supporters ha ha.. cheers, mark

thanks to all the guys who came out to the winters... we had a great time racing again.. slowley getting a handle on the slider clutch... the last run had a little too much clutch and power and spun the wheels hard till top of 3rd gear... might be time for some bigger tyres... jambo is our next meet should be more developed by then.. cheers, mark

rh9 will be hitting the track in jan 09 with drag radials... it will not be running the nitrous for the drags.. and about 1000hp at the wheels... we will seee if the gearbox is up to the job...ha ha.. cheers, mark

vipec plugin ecu 1650.00 23 psi map sensor...far better choice now than a power fc fpr rb25s.... easy to tune and a full out ecu controls , upgradedable etc... lcd dash avail soon for about 900.00 600 to tune..... rb25 power fc s are great if you can get them 1000.00 but 1500 is too much... we charge 4 to 600 for a power fc fitted and tuned and have done 100s of them... hope this helps. mark godzilla motorsport...

all vipec ecus come with a air temp sensor and plug to wire in...the gtrs use the factory air temp sensor and for rb25s use the vipec air temp sensor supplied with the ecu... ecus can be supplied with base maps depending on your mods talk to your local vipec dealer... and yes you do get great support from vipec dealers... the r34 gtt manual ecus are a few weeks away... r34 gtt autos will need to run the factory ecu to control the auto and wire in a v88 ecu to run the engine.... cheers, mark godzilla motorsport.

have a r33gtr with the top of the line vipec v88 ecu with plugin adapter loom running today... this ecu setup is for the bigger hp rb26 gtr and rb25s runs a external 7 bar map sensor... tuning it this week to get some good tuning data... cheers, mark

i have fitted and tuned 3 of the gtr plugin boards now and am very very happy with the results... cold start is great, steady afrs and smooth driving and no afms ...customers are very happy.. next week we are fitting 2 r33 gtst rb25 plugin boards.. will keep you guys posted.. also for the bigger hp gtrs we are fitting a v88 ecu with plugin adapter in 2 weeks for testing... cheers, mark Godzilla Motorsport...

that would be nice to see side by side 7 sec passes....world first for gtr fans... we are very happy with our progress with the car but still have a way to go the 7.5s but we now have the power on board to run 7.5 just need to tame it down of the start line and get the 60ft times down to low 1.2s ... our next meeting is the spring top fuel event about 3 weeks i think... should be great... cheers, mark
