    i read an article onth most affective car alarm system it was on a bmw in south africa when the sensor where set off the car worned the person and if detected again 6 ft of flames came from exhaust from behind the front wheel good to stop car jackers to. i want one

    yea alarms are good but how many times do you hear an alarm going off and dont check it out. a mate off mine found that there car had tryed to be stolen out at a shopping centre they got nothing but kicked the piss out of all the panels and killed half of the dash trying to get the cd player out. little shits

    hi how r ya all im looking at getting myself an aftermarket comp for a r33 gtst but im not sure which way to go, ive spoken to some workshops and been told two different stories, im comparing the apexi fc and the microtech but im not sure which would be better can anyone help me. p.s. the shop selling the microtech said the apexi is not real good and the shop selling the apexi said the microtech was shit.

    if you dont get much out of them try tony rigolies work shop i dont know where they are but the deal with some serious cars and they have a shop in sydney and on the goldy they have an r33 gtst that there trying to get 600hp at the wheels out of with similar upgrades good luck

    the r33 gtst that they use is up for sale for $40 000 something i think which seems like a lot cheaper way to do it to me, they also said that the car is capable of alot more but there not touching it cause its for sale its 400hp at the wheels its suppost to be the fast 2.5 in the country at the time

    sub zero used an r33 gtst with a bad boy turbo upgrade running 30 psi a custom plemum and fuel essentials and run 10.2 and will do the kits for $15000

    best option i now belive is an engine imobiliser i had one on my first car and try to steal it myself and had no luck an auto elec mate told my once they are imobilised the system has to be taken out completely to get the car to run which can take hours if they can even find it depending on if its an aftermarket model or stocko or install a kill switch, all these thing i should have done to start with (stupid me)

    what do u think would be better the apexi fc or the microtech i have two different shops trying to sell them to me but im not sure which to pick any help

    i live at burpngary, but stupid me left the car on the foot path out side my house and forgot to take it in. the cops showed me how they started the car and its so easy i thought it would be a little harder thenthat

    no they took everything even my floor mats, but the cops said they know who it was and can give me a name when everything is finalised, which is the cool part

    got the car back to no panel damage but front end engine and suspension is shaged and the insurance is only fixing the locks and the ignition, which sux hard

    i just had my car stolen last week although it is only my work car (vn) but i had $2000 of tools and 200 cd and the insurance isnt covering any of it. i only had fire and theft

    last night i went out for a little fun in a r31 which is basicaly stock except for a k&n pod filter and some other basic mods but when getting off the right pedal there was a strange noise like a fluter i wasnt sure how it made this sound and was woundering if thats bad or not:(

    hay boosted i was just woundering what psi are you running and is it stock internals with the ceramic turbine wheel

    standard internals if you mean ceramic turbine wheel would restrict you to at the most 14 psi as the ceramic wheel will fly apart.

    sounds very cool to me. im in the process of upgrading my standard r33 for 12 sec passes but i dont want to use nos yet i want to keep the internals stock as well but planning on using a apexi power fc and avcr boost controller with an obvious turbo upgrade or larger internals. theres a few other things ive got inmind but ill se how this goes first. but nos definatley sounds like fun. p.s. good pick up on the nos

    yes im in the same boat as you daniel. im also after a aftermarket plenum but i have no idea on what to look for and what is the best option if anyone has some info on plenums it would be very helpful

    i seen you are running a 50hp nos kit i was woundering if it was expensive for the kit
