Hey, I'm currently running an RB30 with a RB30 flywheel, RB25DET clutch and RB25DET. Im looking at upgrading my clutch and i noticed one for sale that was for a RB26. I'm just wondering if this will work with my current engine/flywheel/gearbox combo or will i need to change something? Thanks.

sorry to bring up an old thrad but i'd just like to know, can I use a RB26 clutch on an RB30 motor with a RB25det gearbox? I hope that makes sence. -

Bought this turbo with plans to put it on my VL but i've decided to go change that setup a bit to get the times i want. The turbo is Brand New, never been on a car or seen a drop of oil, perfect brand new condition. The Specs are very similar to a GT30 and GT35, i was told by GCG that this would make similar power, the only difference being this turbo is only oil-cooled and would spool up a bit later as compared to a GT30 an GT35 as they are ballbearing. It has a .70 comp housing and a .82 exhaust housing, perfect sizes for a VL so it can go straight on. Looking to sell for $1k ono but will consider swaps for a bigger turbo or a head/cam package or something else you may have. Any questions just PM me or reply here. Comments: I got this with a whole bunch of other stuff when i bought the gearbox to go in my VL. Tailshaft seems to be in good condition with extremely litle play in uni's etc, and only has a very minor slight surface rust on the yoke - still perfect to use. The flywheel would need machining for sure, has surface rust all over it.
