    Yeah but stock is already 88-89db with the limit being 90 so if its any louder than stock it won't pass. So pea shooter with a cat would be fine but a "quiet" performance exhaust probbably won't.

    I also have this issue. I have an I/w .82 gt3076r. It always creeps to 21 + psi. I have the gcg split dump fitted. I believe this is the cause of the problem because although the waste gate appears to open enough because of the angle it partially blocks the wastegate pipe. I'm going to remove it and get another pipe made or this one modified. Ill let you know how I go.
