    On the hunt for a lawyer now as well. Was allegedly doing 30 over. $855 fine and 5 points. I asked the officer if my licence would be suspended he said no. Soi copped it and paid. To my surprised i received a letter from rms with. . Yep. A notice of suspension *sigh* apparently it's a new thing now where they automatically suspend you. Gay.

    You can 'forfeit' the plates when transferring and the new buyer/owner can then purchase them i think.
