  1. i don't remember the plates but the R34 had a GT wing.
  2. dunno yet. I have to take the panel off first. Didn't realise that one of the hex bolts sits right under the damn BOV so that's going to be a pain in the ass to remove. Might also see if it's the ignitor pack (the thing that sits at the end on top of the panel). Cos I know that it starts misfiring only in the morning and always after a set amount of time. I'll try and time it over the next few days.
  3. i think the rear bar is stock. But the rear pods are different (Nismo ones perhaps?) I love the air duct on the front bar. I'm going to do that to mine

  6. that's a huge increase from cams and a dyno tune. EVL R33 - I think at 500bhp his front mount is maxing out (I've heard many a time that they're good for 300kw). 18psi isn't that much for the GTR cooler or is it?
  7. hey does anyone know if a GTR turbo is a straight bolt on? I'm going for cheap upgrades, and don't really want big hp - modding for response. Is the GTR turbo a good option or just a waste of money? (ie. will it be too laggy?)
  8. saw a nice black R34 GTT in Strathfield, plates were CMD or something like that. also a bright purple R33 but I didn't catch the plates.
  9. why's he a wanker? I see nothing wrong with Stage 4 other than it's coming out too slow. I think it's good he's racing people on their turf rather than on Mt Akina (gotta remember he made that promise to never race there again).

  15. stupid n00b question guys but where are the coil packs located? I've got a misfire which is random. I've read a few different threads and I'm fairly sure it's the one of the coilpacks.

  17. the word that best describes my system is "secondhand" - all of my parts have been bought secondhand. Not quite complete as I'm yet to purchase an amp (Audison SRx3). But so far it consists of: Source: Sony CDX-M630 (meh) Splits: Focal Utopia 165W2 Sub: JL Audio 10W3D2 The stuff that's currently installed is Alpine DDDrive 2-ways front and rear, old Alpine tape unit with AInet 6 CD stacker.
  18. stock speakers are 6x4 it's not hard to fit speakers in (like 5.25", 6" and 6.5") some people have also successfully fitted 6x9's in.

  20. sure did. Andrew made 178rwkw if memory serves me correctly. I'm really disappointed with my dismal dyno effort. I have no idea why it was so low. I made 131.7rwkw previous with just a 3" dump / front pipe. Now with a full 3" including high flow cat, front mount and pod filter I managed a shocking 137.8. Very confused. congrats to BMan for the highest figure of the day.
  21. they've all got 60L tanks, 5L is the resrve tank size (included in the 60L) i think. Stock fuel consumption is about 450-500kms If you searched you would have found a few fuel consumption threads

  24. what's involved in the conversion? I'm guessing it's a straight swap, with the ECU being the trick part?
