what's wrong with chopping the front bar?

16x6.5 is from a GTS-t not sure if they'll clear the caliper should pay around $250 or so for them.

are you sure? cos I'm fairly sure that all the shifters are the same.

I'll see if I can grab my mate's video camera but I'm telling you it's loud. Definately louder than some of the other R32's I've been in.

ok this is a different question to Waz's... I got a 3" cat back installed on Friday (hi-flow cat, 3" piping w/ 4.5" cannon) it's damn loud...as in I don't think I'll pass the EPA dB test. Question is, how do I make it quieter? Or should I change back to 2.5"? The other thing is when it's idling it sounds a little lumpy. Now the car's fairly stock. The only mods I'm aware of are the ones I've done (front mount, pod). There is also a Blitz BOV. Just wondering if this lumpy sounding idle is normal or does it sound like my car had some previous work done that I'm unaware of.

I doubt he's got 220rwkw... I'm guessing around the 190-200 mark. I've yet to see a RB20 with more than 210rwkw knowing what amount of boost he's running would be good as well.

hey I SMS'd you the other night but no response. I'm after the metal front bar (I think it's called the reinforcement bar). Is that in good condition?
