    you can have your unshielded pod engineered and made "legal" but I guess it depends on the engineer. I know for certain that you'll have next to no chance of getting the atmo bov and boost controller engineered.

    checked it last night and at idle it's reading 1.0-1.1% Keep in mind I have a RB20

    I had a very random misfire. Some days it'll work perfect, others it'll go into boxer mode. This happened very randomly, no set amount of boost or revs could get it to trigger. I had UAS and Grey Imports both look at my coils but they both reported them to be fine. I finally got it to misfire when I had the car at Grey Imports. Coil pack #1 was the culprit. Replaced that and all is good now, but I'm saving up for some Spitfires now.

    my idle is set to about 600rpm, when the engine's warm the AF will read around 1.2% but I'll need to double check as I keep my SAFC in the glovebox.

    you're joking right? right now you'd get defected for: - ground clearance - unshielded pod filter - boost gauge on a-pillar (unless it sits lower than the highest part of your dash) - boost controller - atmo bov I suggest you fix these up before wasting your time and money trying to get it engineered.

    no way. rear wipers are so overlooked. I don't know what I'd do without the rear wiper

    rb25 turbos are a good upgrade for rb20s. slightly larger, more flow, more power, less pressure. straight fit.

    sell the whale and buy a R32 GT-R. Save money and put that towards a house.

    they all have 4 wheel steering mate. I used to have a problem with the HICAS light until I changed my power steering fluid.

    call your mates at BEL and ask for their advice. I'm sure they've had plenty of experience dealing with that kind of thing.

    I have a Tomei HICAS locking kit which plugs into the HICAS computer. Steering at low speeds is a little heavier but it's nothing major (definitely still lighter than a car without power steering).

    how loud / quiet is it? any drone below 3,000rpm?

    RB20DET...that's your problem no but seriously, what AFR is it running? Could be that. My feeling is that the cam timing or the tuning is off. Just for reference I currently make 150rwkw with: Blitz LM FMIC 3" turbo back w/ high flow cat stock air box stock turbo (12psi) stock internals A'PEXi S-AFC2

    as above, I need a quiet cat back exhaust. Also need suspension (shocks / springs in stock height)
