  5. Selling parts planned to go on my S1 ECR33. I imported all the parts myself, so yes they are geniune items that fit perfectly. The gaps are perfect, there are no problems with opening/closing the bonnet/boot. All parts are unpainted, and in the original boxes.   10. Thanks for the info. What sort of weights are you guys at, I'm assuming they are both R32s? Does the 2WD use an RB25 box?
  11. I doubt Keir has done 60+ passes on the PPG, iirc that's the one of the first outings with the new gearbox. Last year he was running an OS6, and the year before the Hollinger. Until there are more PPG units out in circulation I think it's a bit soon to be coming to any conclusions, especially in street/drag cars. SydneyKid - Do you guys use the PPG's in 4WD as well as your 2WD? What ratio's in the box and diff, and what tires? What clutch setup?

  13. Hey I wasn't talking to you, I was talking to gtrsux. I think what you are trying to say, is that cast harmonic balancers (schtandard) are not approved by ANDRA, and that an SFI approved balancer(billet/forged/aftermarket) is preferred. But check out the Compak Attak thread, if they let a car slip onto the podium 200lbs underweight what makes you think they will nit-pick balancers? Unless you are going to try and blackmail them?

  16. Jebus, that's a pretty big figure. Comparable cars: IWIN/ that T51R powered R33 in QLD, Munro's old 2835 setup, TRY9S... all of them ran more than 19psi and with funny fuel, with timeslips well into the 9's.
  17. Dude the specs are so mismatched it's hard to beleive that it's a real combination. If a workshop or machine shop was putting it together they would have said something, if it was assembled at home the person doing it would know something about the combination and it would not be as stated. Then you have the pictures, which do not line up with the stated specs. So either the pics are false, or the original post is false. Either way there's some porkies going on and again it leads to the 1st post having no clue. I give the thread 9/10 stars, Troy's jokes lifted it up from a measly 4 for entertainment.

  20. Wow big list of top shelf parts there, you must be aiming for the quickest land speed Skyline in the world! Did you spec the N1 cams to keep the head costs down or for better off boost performance? How about the oil pump, did getting the N1 version allow you to spend extra on the HKS goodness? What manifold are you running with the 100mm tbody?
  21. I assume you are referring to Ben @ Racepace's R33? I've yet to see a verified output of that motor, the only reference I have is the HPI article where he states he has 425kw @ wheels - on 19psi... a power figure some people are reliably making on RB26's locally (cough Paul + Stace). If you are talking about a 550+kw motor, what about Leewah's R33? How often has that had durability problems? Another good one is Keir Wilson or John Munro, abeit the milage on those cars is extremely minimal. Is 400k's a good indication of a street car? I think that's probably one big long cruise...
