  1. Come past and pick it up then, slacker! Or what about a Q45?
  2. Sam, have you sourced one already?
  3. Sounds good, anyone go last night?
  4. Will an RB25 one do? Have one of these!
  5. I've got a set of intake valves, perfect condition (reason for sale: got some custom oversized ones). Did you only want to buy a complete set of intake + exhaust?
  6. I've got one here for sale, it's a genuine Trust manifold, used but excellent condition. PM me with an offer?
  7. I didn't list the power figure/dyno graph. What would you like to see on the graph? You can compare the mph against other cars, I have graphs of this setup from 189 to 300, it did the 12.09 with a state of tune showing 258rwkw. There's a thread of the tuning adventures here: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...&highlight=3040
  8. Fixed the quote sirrah!
  9. Blow off valve attachment. Edit: actually looking at the other pictures, it looks like the alloy pipe near the intake port in the 1st picture bolts on after the AFM, with that smaller pipe fitting into the second outlet on the intercooler. I'm not sure why that's like that as it will allow a fair amount of air to bypass the AFM going into the motor.
  10. Alot of these discussion are based around the Japanese RH9 rules/HPI list. So in effect it is a class with it's own specifications and rules. You could argue the same thing about street registration then, since ultimately a street registered car will be slower than an all out drag car, and this is all about that magical piece of toilet paper... errr... time slip. Right?
  11. '69 Boss Mustang > any Vette. Hell even a plain fastback '69 model would be awesome. Could deck it out with decent interior, upgraded suspension and an injected motor for less than a '33 GT-R.
  12. I'll try to make it for the morning session, eager to see how the new setup is on the track...
  13. Liverpool exhausts pretty much do the majority of mandrel bends + flanges for exhaust shops, since they do all the work in house it's dirt cheap.
  14. Standard "turbo", imagine what it would do with 2 of them on it!!!
  15. Hey did they ever find that granny killer guy in the north shore?
  16. I think Dee on the SDU forums has posted up that video, saying it was a customer of his in Malaysia? Also has a few more vids of his posted up which you might want to link to as well *cough* in Dubai. http://forums.skylinesdownunder.co.nz/show...&threadid=35424
  17. Hi guys, My new GTS is here, so it's time to sell my old one. This car has been setup for circuit racing, although it's proving itself to be quite capable over the quarter mile as well. Car was bought privately in Japan through a friend, was not through an auction or car yard. I imported the car myself, and rarely drive it due to work commitments (working 7 days/on call 24hrs). As an example I have done 5,000k's in the last 12 months. Has got 44,000k's on the odometer. Car is a '96 model. Has 12 months registration on it (NSW), can provide spare parts or alternative modifications if needed. Factory "Skyline" optional light at rear This car has done a best time of 12.09 @ 123 mph, has alot more in it (time was done first time ever drag racing, at Drag Combat Final). There's more to be gained from tuning as well, the car has been running with the new setup since May 26th and can benefit from minor tweaking. This car has everything apart from forged pistons, a body kit and a musical horn, as stated these parts as well as others (different suspension, turbo, wheels, etc) can be provided extra. Offers around $38,000. You can contact me via PM or email at: [email protected] . Car is located in Sydney.
  18. Maybe should try to hire out the track rather than have frustrating events
  19. Sure, $38K and it's all yours to drive whenever you want Has the potential for 11's, will even wash it before you take the keys!
  20. That's an outright lie! Damn now going to do some more backyard repairs at try again for that 11 sec pass!
  21. The radius ® is measured from the center of the turbo (center of shaft) to the center of the cross sectional area (where A is going to be calculated). 'A' can be calculated anywhere on the snail, as it's a constant ratio within the dimensions of the housing - the A/R will be the same no matter what point it is measured at.
  22. I don't think anyone had any real luck yesterday, someone please post up they didn't have any problems and ran a personal best! There must have been something like 200+ cars there, all the staging lanes were filled + there was the line going all the way around the carpark.. didn't someone say the street meetings are empty? Once again, the SAU people made the event fun. Thanks guys!
  23. There should be one of your middle finger overlaid on the graph.. seems to have stuck in my memory.
  24. Was a bit concerned when it rained this morning, looks like it will be a good day: http://www.smh.com.au/weather/sydney.html See you all out there tomorrow!
