yeah the lids just dont fit as good as id like them too, and they are starting to chip and wear on the outside corners, thats the only reason im giving it a try.

i have scratches from sandpaper on my headlights, and am thinking about removing my eyelids. might give it a try soon

sounded/looked like the rear brakes were slightly engaged, which destroyed the pads/rotors with heat and track work?

well yeah id agree, if you cancel the registration and sell the car, it has nothing to do with motor reg. id imagine that if anyone ever tried to re-register it, it would need an inspection to clear the old defect, and also a plate match and theyd be all set.
