  2. oh yeh this is still up here can a mod unsticky? Been flat out lately and haven't had a chance to drop in the donation to Wakefield St, but Red Cross are aware and thankful of our contribution.
  3. Just answered your own question we use Dell pc's. Optiplex 745, dunno the specs, but id rather use a piece of paper.
  4. In that case, i believe that if you were to be defected for the ADR approved bonnet, and that only, the regency fee will be waived, as long as it does comply with ADR's. However, regency might comment on your low ride height or loud exhaust, which you will have to fix and return, at a fee.... Sorry, don't wanna turn this into another defect thread.
  5. In a cops defence, if he hasn't received necessary training, he is better off sending it to get checked than him ok it himself, then the driver hits a pedestrian and a fibreglass shard kills them, or something else. Refer to defect thread for more discussion. But i do agree that if you carry the necessary paperwork, you should be ok. Mind you, there is little evidence you can show to prove you haven't tampered with it after the engineer has certified it.
  6. yeah your right vu, but for the sake of defending the CA, im saying that they aren't shit engines, the guy behind the wheel over their 18 year life makes them a shit engine, combined with not changing fluids every 5000-10000k's for the last *at least* 5 years.
  7. bahaha damn thats fast, my work pc takes 10 minutes to load my outlook inbox.
  8. but it blew up I can up my boost to 30 psi and it would make a nice figure, but may have a similar outcome.
  9. mmm wooden shock, comfy.
  10. rofl, decent read from start to finish. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Il...lp-t247731.html
  11. all aboard the failboat. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/To...93-t260430.html + holy shit! someone run this turbo Garrett GT6041R Information: This large frame turbo is suitable for race applications. Housings Available: 1.25 A/R, 1.47 A/R Power: 2000hp + The price is still dropping http://www.j-spec.com.au/list/index.php?ID=14119
  12. lol i apologise for having other commitments, not like my 200kw would do much, a standard 2j would eat me. I have cricket, ill def be attending more of these events in the off season, which isn't far away.
  13. id be quite happy for him to defend the looked after CA's, after all, he has a mean one that would eat alot of RB25's.
  14. ca wouldn't even heat up a kettle but srsly, CA in a keto would be fun, gotta look after the engine tho. 90% of CA's are old and thrashed, no wonder they dont last. If you think about the pre 91 silvias with CA's, that was 18-19 years ago, thats old in engine years.
  15. ypu cant put an rb in a keto tho
  16. Krishy are they paying you to recruit people? lol
  17. actually half of a gig is 512mb and rofl at Heyseys pics!
  18. lol It ranges from garden variety drag racing to “drifting,” an extremely dangerous practice in which drivers deliberately spin out and skid sideways at high speeds, sometimes killing themselves and spectators.
  19. Its like inviting your little brother out with you and your friends Isn't it technically the 11th year of the 34 this year? Mine is a 98 build..
  20. good point, edited. Shannons are very particular about that.
  21. if you drive an R, do i drive a T?
  22. Thats what happens when you hire deadbeats. I've had some rep's who can't even speak properly over the phone, and don't get me started on 3's call centre.
  23. Shannons may be better on service and possibly excess, but they told me that they can't even beat Just Car's premium. To each his own i guess. After quite a bit of research, i think this thread needs a template. There are alot of factors that can alter a premium, not just age and aspiration, eg. Age: Suburb and postcode: Years driving: Claim history: Rating: Make and Model: N/A or Turbo: Total Value of mods listed: How is car stored (street, lock up garage, carport etc.) Premium: Excess: Also, if your not the number 1 driver on the policy, don't bother contributing.
