spectators are allowed anywhere except the "car park" where the cars line up to go out onto the track, and the track itself. The cars all park around the sheds, you can only have one opened if you pay for it. So when people aren't racing, you can wander around and look at everyones cars, if thats what your hinting at

He didn't follow me up immediately but came up later and, to my surprise, we made love - but he still seemed distant and a bit cold. my first thoughts when i saw the title was, rofl, but after reading, its just a lol. Seems like a decent chance for some dodgy people to make an easy 20k. Shouldn't people be encouraged to make more long term investments (eg house/land ownerships) at times of recession? Or would the government prefer consumers to pump all of their hard earned savings into short term consumables to boost the economy?
