  9. Lol: YOUR POSTCODE With 5 or more thefts reported each week, postcode 5108 is one of the highest theft risk locations. We recommend that you read these simple precautions you can take to protect your vehicle from theft. YOUR CAR The NISSAN SKYLINE 1998 was not fitted with an immobiliser when it was manufactured and unless it has been fitted with an Australian Standards approved immobiliser since then it is at risk of theft. New passenger cars sold in Australia are required to have an immobiliser but before 2001 many cars weren't fitted with them. As a result these cars are targets for opportunists to 'hotwire' using something as simple as a screwdriver. Engine immobilisers provide the most effective barrier available between a thief and your car, as long as you keep your keys safe. Click here for more information.
  10. Can i ask why a Honda driver on his P's joined a modified Skylines forum to ask about their license?

  17. Didnt you have to provide a quote to your insurance company before they deemed it a write off? or was it just the insurance assessor? Id ring around to places like All Type Crash, they might have someone pop around if it means they get your business. Alternatively, write down what is wrong with it, itemised of course, and take it into a crash repairer.
  18. they wont check the inside of your engine.

  21. Alot of SA people are going to the Kadina Show and Shine this weekend, so you might not get much of a response. And maybe dont include the meet location, unless you want unwanted visitors, and i dont just mean cops!
