  4. well, i think my finger is broken. Sucks how you have to go to the doctor, they get paid just to tell you that you need an xray! I could have established that myself, wheres my gap?
  5. dont wanna break it!

  9. Spotted a black 32 with black drift R's on Bolivar rd this morning. one of the workers on the side of the road is my guess. Spotted white 34 on salisbury highway at 7:30, looked like it might be gtr, didnt get much of a look.
  10. happy birthday to you as well Angerman!
  11. I do rate it! i chucked $20 of it in an empty tank on Monday night, and cant fault it so far. I have a power fc, so have the ability to monitor knock in cabin, and haven't seen any knock over 20 so far. However, like most, i am considering the benefits of E85 at the moment. Seems the way of the future, so why not get on board at the ground floor!
  12. do it yourself! it isnt that hard, itll save you coin and give you satisfaction knowing that you did it! just grab something like this: http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Flexi-Engine-Cold-A...=item2eaad669f1 , and use a couple of cable ties to hold it in place!
  13. you can, but Dale is saying that you wont spend as much if you sell your whole A-LSD, and fit the 2 way into a V-LSD housing.
  14. anyone play COD MW2 (ps3) online?
  15. if i was to put a stock airbox in mine, i would have the snorkel fitted with an extra feed into the airbox from where the standard SMIC to throttle pipe comes through. Atm, i have a HKS pod with plastic heat shield that i have been meaning to modify with some heat resistant foam, with a cold air feed to the pod from the front bumper.
  16. anyone have any new setups they would like to share?
  17. Well its been ages since i actually contributed some useful shite around here, and lately i have been amateurishly testing the various fuels currently available to the common joe with an import. I have been using (and car tuned on) BP Ultimate 98 octane fuel, which is widely renown as a reliable fuel, hence is popularity. Tried Caltex's new 98 octane a couple weeks ago, no complaints, didnt see any knock over 20 and didnt experience any difference in driveability. Same goes with United 100 octane, chucked it in an empty tank tonight and didnt see any knock over 20, granted i did only drive around 10k's on it. I dont give a fat rats what studies show, this thread is for those people who have tested a certain fuel in their car and are happy with it (their own physical experience with it), or are unhappy with a certain fuel (bearing some consistency in mind, dont whinge if you've had one bad tank in 3 years from the one servo). One day we may have enough competition between the various 98+ octane fuels to see some price competition, which will only benefit us! This can also include those using ethanol based fuels, maybe you have been experiencing a different result with different suppliers, etc. or first hand opinions of power vs cost vs economy.. Commence.
  18. $650. come get it.
  19. spotted a tough black 33 (gtr?) with white TE37's on waterloo cnr road, bout 5:30 today. also spotted a stag with black r34 gtt rims on saturday somewhere between salisbury and payneham lastly, a stag with lenso D1R's in the moonta carpark, big YP car club sticker.
  20. just got 420km from a full tank of 98, including a trip to moonta and back. just chucked $20 in of United's 100 octane, cant fault it yet.
  21. lol you cant half tell who the bogan standing at the top is "laugh:
  22. pretty sure Dan has a twin plate button, OS gearset wouldnt be too much harder, haha. Im just trying to hold off on the smashed box jokes.
  23. only a small handful of talent there Krishy. Marisa Miller ftw
  24. if its an NA, a K&N high flow panel filter to replace the factory item is more than enough airflow (keeping the stock airbox and snorkel)
