    with c spaners should be plenty .... no need to use a hammer or you will never get them off if you want to adjust ride height again

    i dont really push it too hard so hicas being there does not bother me , and it works how it should so i guess that is a bonus my friends r33 always had troubles with hicas so he did benefit from taking it out an installing a lock bar. i guess it comes down to what you want to do with car and if hicas is functioning properly or not

    so i assume Castrol SAF-XA would be too thick in that case? if so it answers my question and i know what to get thank you birds

    would Castrol EPX 80W-90 be ok in r33 gtst diff or Castrol SAF-XA ? there's also Valvoline but not much info on it HP Gear Oil 80W-90 i guess we should stick to 80w-90 sorry clutch not trying to take over your thread

    i have actually put mine back in and took out my lock bar, i never had a problem to start with but i dont mind hicas .

    just pour it in till it leaks out or filler hole. what oil did you buy?

    i guess people dont want fines and are being extra careful, i know there are some that take it to extreme and drive slooow but how things look for nsw it will be worse that in vic.

    no it will not sound weird i had setup like that in my old car to me it sounded good but everyone is different

    all depends what model are clarions and alpines if i was you i would swap them over for new alpine ones
