I have just purchased a 1988 Nissan 300ZX auto and I am thinking of pulling the engine (whats left of it) out and putting in a non injected 350 Chev V8. Is there anything I need to know for these conversions?? Can I use the original auto?? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Shaun.

Honestly. I have no idea. All I know is when I went to Autobarn to get the brakes, I was told that it had single pot rear calipers for which I bought R32 pads for and the fronts are a 2 pot front caliper that I ended up putting 4x4 hilux pads in, as they were cheaper and "heavy duty". (don't crucify or curse me) as they were the same part number. The studs are a 1.2 pitch and are R32 studs. That is all I know. I only had the car for three months and had to do a roadworthy for transfer into my name. That was nearly a full year ago. I am desperate for info. I miss driving my skyline LOL. -
Identify This Leak... Need To Resolve Asap

First things first. Is your car manual or auto??? This second cylinder, is it near the brake master cylinder??? If it is and your car is a manual (which it most likely is), it will most certainly be the "clutch" master cylinder. It will not be the hicas as the hicas is run from an electric motor on the back of the diff. I hope that helps, Shaun. -

Also. Or am I better off removing all the R32 stuff and go back to R33 brakes, calipers, etc. As far as I know, this conversion is actually a downgrade. -
I have a 1994 R33 (ECR33) Nissan Skyline GTS-t. It has R32 brakes calipers F&R and R32 wheel studs. I need to replace the old worn rotors but do not know if I can use R33 rotors. I cannot see why not. The way I see it is that even though there are R32 studs on the hubs, 32 and 33 stud patterns are the same, yes??? Can I just go and buy R33 rotors and fit them?? I need help. My car is currently un-roadworthy and I just need the rotors for it to be legal. Thanks, Shaun.

HOLY CRAP 1000HP RB26dett.......... How much it cost to build. I wanted a 23-30 hybrid and was promised only 550rwhp. And it was going to cost me $16K. Did it cost you a mortgage on the house to get that power, as I have been led to believe?

Hey dude. I to have been searching for such paint. I come accross this thread and I thought I would have a look using AltaVista and I found this. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Some google searching led me to find that this paint: Honda Inca Pearl, paint code Y-61P, part number 08703-Y61PPAH is a dead-on match for the sparkling gold calipers. This is the color:

I have dome this already and have spent a combiled total of $1100 on bumpers that did not fit. I would like to buy from a recognised company that has has good products that ACTUALLY FIT.

I like the way my car looks. I don't a flying rats scrotum what other people it looks like. Don't like it..... Stop looking at my car..... Simple.

Thanks LOL. Well I bought that bumper for $425.00 and that was a little pricey for a bodgey one. So I guess a genuine one would be around the $600-$650.00 mark right?? Plus freight ofcourse. Will it fit a Series 1 or 2??

Hi there. For the last 8 months I have been looking for a VeilSide rear bumper and have had no luck. I ended up buying one off ebay, only to find it did not fit at all. I have looked everywhere and I have been unable to find this bumper, only full kits that the sellers were un-willing to seperate. I am now getting ancey about having a car with no bumper on it. Is there anyone out there who know where I can buy a VeilSide rear bumper for a 1994 S1 ECR33 Nissan Skyline GTS-T coupe. Thanks, Shaun. P.S. These pics are of the bar that did not fit, but you can see what sort of rear bar I am looking for.
