  4. wtb RB25 ac compressor Looking for an ac compressor that works to put on my RB25 in an R32. Thanks,
  5. Yeah, i suppose i was more worried about it failing during a track day or similar. Need to get a new oil pressure sender too, not been working for a while.
  6. Rear main seal query for mechanically minded sau'ers Hi All, Took my skyline about 6 weeks ago to a new mechanic who has told me the rear main seal has a leak and needs to be replaced. While it was up on the hoist, he showed me a single drop of oil on the bottom. However, 1. it hasnt been losing oil 2. as soon as he told me, i put some cardboard under the area where i park and in 6 weeks i havent had even one drop of oil fall onto the cardboard. So does the rear main seal need to be replaced? or is there another possibillity for why there would be a small amount of oil on the bottom of where the rear main is? Thanks for your help, id rather not spend a large wad of cash for something that might not be a problem!
  7. Good idea, will do now.
  8. Hi all, A/C fuse keeps blowing. Several auto eleces have had a look and not been able to fix. Last one is know saying that the compressor is causing a short and needs to be replaced and partly because i dont feel like replacing it just to check he's right plus i cant actually find a second hand one, means im wondering if theres any way to know this is the actual cause and if theres any way it could be fixed without replacing. Bit more info; 10amp fuse blows nearly straight away, 20 amp lasts about 15-20 minutes. Clutch is engaging, everything is working fine when the fuse is still functional. Help please, i paid dollar bills ya'll to have this a/c installed (engine swap, had no ac originally) and havent had fully working ac for 2 years
  9. Hey Mate, This sounds like the way to go, especially considering Calsonic14u's comments. fyi, ive got Gemstone 215's all round, on17's. I know what you're thinking....wtf, wat a noob. But they came with the car and like 95% tread so i thought id rpi them up quick then upgrade. Never anticipated the rain though
  10. Hey All, Any suggestions on tyre pressures for a wet rainy coldish day?? Should it just be left normal or would you guys consider a change for this type of weather?? Im pretty sure my pathetically slim and cheap tyres are gonna struggle, need all the help i can get :0 Thanks
  11. Hey All, Just trying to see how to go about starting drifting, if there are any drift days you can do in your own car? Or similar? Thx!! eezy e

  14. So this is just a Skylines Australis requirement? I was at a wakefiled speed off the streets track day recently with no requirement for an extinguisher? Where do i get one from (cheap and within 3 weeks)? Thanks
  15. So ive noticecd some mention of fire extinguishers in the car in one of the posts? Is this compulsory? or are you talking that IF you have a fire extinguisher, it has to be securely fastened? thanks
