spotted a black r32 gtr in seaford tonight a white r34 like damos no wing,, in aldinga, gave a wave in the sun frying my eyes out,, got one back,, dude lives near me somewhere I thnk ? a wine R33 heading into aldinga,, not jack 88 a porche cayenne ,, how fugly !!! who cares how much power they have ....its so ugly..lol

In my days of installing(since 83) I have seen cars burn, short out everything,fry computers with test lights, screws in petrol tank, holes drilled into battery ,wires in the gas pedals or brakes, broken $$$$ dash pieces and systems that might as well stay in the box cause they sound so bad. if your not confident dont do it. lots of people think they know how correctly but few do it right???including installers.speak to them and see photos of there work ?? I dont have time or I would do it for ya, call up Jack 88 I think he can handle it for cheaper then most? a 15 is going to take a big box did you know that ? and boxes cost a fair bit if built custom??? a generic box will have generic sound and be heavy as hell a 15 might fit in the side panel or in the spare well but that will exceed 500 for that install alone? my 12 fit fine with room to spare in the side well, and cara has a 12 in her spare well ? and you didnt say what size speakers splits you have, infinity will sound better up front then the pioneers(carozza)? if the models are the ones I think they are? is the jvc player double din or single din? dont forget the antenna adapter? use one,, do not hack off the wires and solder new ones on.nissan has lousy antennas to start with after hacking they wont work for crap. do you have sat nav from factory ? and a suitable waterproof fuse/curcuit breaker needs to be at the battery,, it protects the car,,,, not the amp!!! a short from the battery without one will burn the car up. and you need some decent size cable to go from the battery back,, around 50-100 for a kit to cover that, 4 ga or ? hope this helps make up your mind a bit,, do it right the first time saves a lot of heartache later

why bother, my runs cool on 40 plus days with ac set to 18...lol only thing I have added is water wetter, and nismo cap , deflector coming soon but just for looks,..lol and only cost me just over 20 bucks bet you spent a tad more then that..lol to each his own

You will never sell me to use Mineral Oil , I agree if your box is stuffed , ie broken or bent parts its a bandaid at best, kinda like sawdust in mineral oil to silence a noisy box before selling it..lol but if your box is scratchy or noisy it can work miracles on life of the box.. see my post, Im not kidding how well it works. and it does reduce temps too, my shifter doesnt get hot anymore like syn75 or factory oils.??? this is the oil to use in a R34/33 rb25 engine skyline. you dont need shockproof oil just normal stuff from redline. http://www.redlineoil.com.au/oil-finder-de...;ProductID=5884 Select your closest climate range. Are you kidding???, Redline has saved a few of my gear boxes, second gear and third grinding. In my RX7 race/street car turning 10,000 plus rpm on shifts, when I bought the car the tranny syncros crashed/gring on everyshift into second and third. with less then 40,000miles on it. after 11yrs of caining ,when i sold it it had 526,000miles not K's or over 1 million K's on it and never had any other issues with tranny except the seals on both ends replaced when putting in a clutch and new Ujoints. the car was thrashed daily hard core.the skyline would never handle that abuse , RX7 trannys are not that strong to start with but mine took 250-350hp all those years without breaking anything. including 11,000rpm clutch drops with huge tires on a night drag run. rear end ran Redline too, never failed once, only seals on end plates/axle. my current car with 5spd, noisy tranny, bad synchro in second gear, put in syn power 75 from penrite, after replacing with factory slop. it helped a bit but went with Redline , all fixed now.. ????? whines a bit when cold out but stops when warm. car had issues at 43,000k,, now has nearly 70,000. in the heat here dont use mineral oil, shit!! unless you have a six spd getrag... Redline is so slick it tends to cause issues on those boxes wont engage properly due to lack of friction.. per Redline,Holden, Nissan,Supra, Getrag engineers. also royal purple is good, and amsoil, mobil 1 synth gear oil, gulf western I heard is decent too. all synthetic, runs heaps cooler and smoother, less noises. but watch it on rear ends, LSD needs proper oil to function.???

Dont get me started on OPTUS(OPTARD), I have the TIO hot on there tail,, for a multitude of problems. but my mobile and wireless are stuffed service levels in Aldinga, less then 2k from the tower and I have no signal or drop outs nonstop. not 3G service like promised. I now have a direct line to optus high management, who pick up the phone on first ring.lol not in mumbia either and the TIO has Optus in the cross hairs. TIO, tier 2 case managers are going to give them hell and the best part is free service now... nearly $1000 in credit so far while investigating problems..lol first time I heard Optard shake in there boots a bit..lol

inside i take it? pull a bulb out and use a hairdryer or heat gun on no or low heat to dry inside. if the seal is broken that will happen again when washed or rains?

just for the record for those reading this, that is not the smartest thing you can do ,, it will cause a heap of problems not just alarm kind. but door locks, windows, car starting, lights, and more,, never... ever do it

Your hearing voices,, sounds like a mental haunting..lol I think what your asking is, the deck has sub outputs,RCA but only 1 not 2 ? use splitter from the radio to the amp, if the amp red and white rca inputs some amps have mixed input switch on the side panel, to mix RCA input signals internally, to use 1 RCA input. if so turn it on, and put the single rca from deck to amp,, it will be marked on amp case normally? you didnt mention amp brand the deck has a crossover for the sub output built in ? read the manual to figure out how to turn on the sub out crossover, set to 80hz for starters to rid the voices coming from sub. if the deck only has front and rear RCA (out which doesnt sound like the case), use the rear RCA to amp that way you can fade it out to control the output a bit, sound like you have it right just read the radio manual to turn on the xover to 80hz and set the phase if required.

depends on how big it is? behind the side panels on both sides there is a lot of room, move your jack under spare tire area. silicone a piece of MDF wood to outer fender (not a thin peice), screw the amp to it using short screws after it dry's over night, check or you will have holes in fenders outside .. critical to check, did I say that enough yet..lol then put panels back on to hide the amp, most amps wont get super hot since the floor is vented on driver side. place amp so fins let hot air go up, not sideways. cant steal what you cant find.lol also behind rear seats on a wooden spacer ? spaced off the computers mount suspended under rear deck ?on metal mounts isolated with rubber grommets to stop noise from ground loops or screwed to the side of sub box if you have one ? a false floor over the spare works too.more work but you can replace the wonky flimsy panel over the spare then too. every thing else is lots more cost to mount it. but that covers most option

spotted a comic thing today, a R31 Aussie, with cardboard headlights,, yes it had cardboard cutouts over the factory ones to make it look like the jap ones for R31's with projector beams.. it had some other interesting mods, but I was trying to find the camera before it took off..lol defect on wheels
