  3. Sweet gt3 r spec 911 , satin black with black sparco wheels and bright red massive brakes Short guy driving it lol but damn that car looked bad , even with the tall wing one of those 3 wheel bikes , cfr what you call them two wheels in front? And just now a rb powered machine fanging past my house in the rain , sounded pretty stock and maybe auto funny how rain instantly gives you 1000kw?
  4. Gotta dig the print out from a box in shed But torque was listed as 503nm At about 3400 i think ? The power never dropped off it was still climbing at 6400 rpm redline is set at 7400 In current state of tune? and boost rock solid only 1lb down from 3k rpm The only thing that stopped it was the cat burning smell so he stopped it there ? After inspecting it the matrix was failing ( old xforce 3 inch) And glowing red so it would make more power still ! (his gtt makes over 320kw automatic box ? but has z32 and greddy intake injectors pump and a slightly bigger turbo ) The afr reading was flat and no black smoke or backfires after o2 replaced and set on nistune The first run about killed me from being so rich , weird cause the o2 wasnt a issue with factory ecu ? I know it wont hit 320 at this state of tune but he reckons 230ish depending on what the deal is on the cams And pulleys I found the speed was way faster then posted results on links in every case ? Any idea why it was so high in 4th ? i wouldnt think the rear end gears are swapped out ? But it does have a nismo lsd from japan on import ? Speedo is right on the money and his dyno recorded it the same ? put it this way i had to ask what the dyno speed is limited too !! Of course you cant hear anything in the dyno cell doors closed on a 35c day And cant check the speed That high except on the track ?? so i was wondering about the dyno parameters if that could be why ? It had the wheelbase programmed automatic via software ? i watched that part as it moved to match the car? and bonnet closed as well ? The dyno days ive been too with sau use bonnet up Stock ecu it ran a 172kw @redline -343nm But afr was all over the road Anyway prob run it again in a few months if i can get the other bits done just left me puzzled a bit
  5. No i only had to rebuild piston engines Until i woke up and bought a rotor to race Pushrods make good drink straws lol they bend just right Ask any ford /gm owner i just realized im prob the oldest poster (child)in SA ? Think shane beats me just But doesnt post
  6. Good to see i can provide comedy lol im not a dyno tuner back when i built race cars and engine dynos were something f1 teams used Even engine dynos were few and far between and expensive im from the old school hand port and polish Days and dual webbers you have to screw with daily at high altitude Down the road from pikes peak ( hillclimb)
  7. 2000 R34 gtt series 2 ( supposed to be bigger from the sales brocure and power increase? Sidemount factory intercooler with brackets and shroud , low km car , alloy washed clean inside and out in great condition South adelaide Cheap Upgrade !!!!!! Pm for photos 40 bucks firm plus shipping if required
  8. Pm sent eli
  9. Curious after looking at some of those dyno sheets 1 )my r34 gtt exceeded 180kph in 4th gear and 1000rpm short of redline when the cat became a issue Still making within 1 lb of boost as 3,000 rpm I know the diff lsd isnt stock but the gearset looked normal? Is that normal ? On dyno dynamics dyno in 4th ? Should be 1.1 ?? 2) the torque on a base flash no tweeks was a lot higher then a lot of big boost cars ? i know the series 2 gtt has different cams And a few other tweeks and mine has a different camset from japan , they have a bunch of markings that i cant read And it was in normal mode for tuning not shootout mode or anything odd 3) i dont run the z32 or updated pump , reg or injectors ( unless it came from japan tweaked ?) i have found other interesting items That it didnt have listed on sales sheet ? Just seems odd to make so much power and torque on a near stock car on low boost on 98 octane , it never struggled till the ceramic hiflow hand me down cat issues Afr was solid, duty cycle never pushed on injectors , smooth curve of power And he was still pulling when the kph was getting up a fair bit I video 'd the run and it just keeps going , like a rotor with light flywheel ? Mine has a superlight flywheel so looks smoothe on the dyno and winds up without jumping around a lot it was a virgin run on the dyno with it maybe its a fluke ? Going to get a new cat and some other minor things before dumping lots of money On a tune , the car has to be streetable and dependable , not a time bomb engine tune All i know is the mines ecu drove horrible, the factory ecu drove ok but was a fail at 60kph torque was non existent with lightflywheel Nistune and 2lb boost increase made the car so much better to drive in town fuel economy and coldstart / hotstart was better It was worth the cost to update it And recommend it over boosting a motor thru the roof for power Now i wish it was gtr to get the power to the pavement lol
  10. I paid a lot less for the above and even had a new o2 sensor my was shagged Classic chassis - ashley hook me up , but need a metal cat and injectors And cam gear tweek before a decent run in tune , right now its a base tune only , the car Was amazing compared to the stock nissan tune Actually drivable torque monster 343nm to 503nm jump from base ecu On low nissan boost and high flow cat failing at 6400 rpm still had 1000 rpm to go and making power still with rock solid boost from 3 k
  11. Im glad you got it back but as above those cars and your previous one was like a billboard and on such a busy location Once again the dirty south go morphine ville lots of bad stuff happens over there i used to live not far away But your christmas lights rock over there lol
  12. Nobody i know buys polk audio ( vw people do for some reason, same in usa? ) But this should help you http://www.polkaudio.com.au/html/where_to_buy.html I would import from usa , save a ton of money just dont get raped on shipping Hate to say that but a few of the shops listed i would never recommend Crutchfield sells them in usa mail order and lots of other people but watch it Warranty void and some usa dealers are dodgy as hell Or find a listed shop and let them install ?? Your call Best o luck
  13. Yep cheaper to use nistune and some dynotime
  14. Not wise to the average person to install, when they fail to stop a thief or fark up the car , then what blame the unit or install? do not install them in the same spot as all the others !! Do not advertise it!! It has to be buried and stealth or its a waste of time and money In most cases warranties are void if you self install so beware!! (Brad is exception pretty sure he could do his own!) Pm me if you want some sugguestions or relay applications book help
  15. Local tuner ....local fuel
  16. Not a car but something i laughed hard at A tenspeed bike rider in dinga , not funny He or she was wearing a black racing top , not funny And offwhite / white skin tight bike racing shorts , not funny Funny was the black line of fithy water off the road /rain in a line extending up the butt crack area and ending on the black top , from a block away they looked naked from behind with serious ass crack hanging out !!! If they only knew how bad that looked rofl couldnt reach my camera while driving doooh!!! It was a kodak moment And no i dont look at guys ass's for fun so no joles haha
  17. Kill switches are easy to find , once again its a common idea on where to put it and what it disables , might add 15 seconds to the theft ? It will stop a joy rider but not a real car theft Rfid is the go for security in a car , you can see it and no pin codes, buttons to push , unless you do no key ignition then its push button start but only if it senses the rfid chip , its short range not scannable unless your right on top of it You can do a daisy chain of them to control every item in the car and when you walk away it locks it , rolls up the windows , sets the alarm and disables every function on the car , no ignition switch exists so they cant punch the lock and hotwire it, take the door handles off and all locks too use a electronic deadlock and hidden popper to open the door but only functions with the rfid on you , really you can get insane And i havent even covered the sensors, alerting items, detaining the crim in the car remotely due to the laws in oz , crims have more rights if they get hurt stealing your crap , they should fix that !! Ive installed some things in the states that would make your headspin , ferrari with multi lingual alarm , and a led moving banner sign in the 3 rd brakelight you could write customessages and the alarm would rotate the words this car is stolen if triggered via alarm , and a form of tazer ( cant say where but it stops the crim outside the car) and smoke filling the car cabin so you couldnt see anything( check youtube they had a video of the product a while ago) prob not legal here either ? Dont forget hardening of the door near locks with kevlar sheet and shatter proof glass , clear security tint to stop breaking it open easy Actually a crack head with a rusty needle hovering around the car would stop thieves too .. Shame theyre to hard to keep from joining the crims Lol
  18. Love the old datto chad , needs a bit lower and window frame trim satin blacked out it makes it look a lot better , a finished look the us models came that way Have to check it out in person someday Would die for imsa datto 510 widebody , adam carrola is buying them all up lol 28 and counting
  19. Thanks pete i was flamed for attempting to provide guidance but im old and crusty lol Sapol will love it , stance and adelaide roads are a mismatch of potholes and tearing you car apart Good luck driving it in any form or passengers in it Tax money hard at work ya right Fix the potholes
  20. Good to see it didnt turn out a carbbq Damn lack of respect , chuck a 20 year prison term on car theft and it will stop And let crim record follow for life no drop off or not considered if caught twice when punishment time comes
  21. Most car alarms / imobolizers are just slapped in as quick as possible with little thought of actually protecting the car, the wiring is shoddy connection pulled off with a yank, and always predictable to location for crims , even from some of the best shops , its all about money and time considerations ( its biz to make money ?) to do a big alarm ( like a skyline of value needs) can take days nonstop to plan, hide, wire, tweak !! but most are slammed in less then 3 hrs cars like honda are even faster a whole system stereo, alarm and custom sub box can be slammed in a day with breaktime still We used to get a car for weeks to months to do massive alarms and stereos , so hidden even the dealer coudnt find it without stripping the car bare but every wire was perfect and show quality or 100% hidden into factory looms with kelvar sheath over it , no cutting thru it to Get to wires at all , you would have to unwire the whole thing and now the newer the car the more you can protect , the interface controls so much thru canbus or fiber optics you can turn off anything via alarms the black harness was due to the preditable nature of installers locations it made it easier to steal cause they could short the wires even quicker them no alarm at all Depending on when you got your car from sinergy would depend on what alarm it has , i wont bag it or publicly announce your brand but i do know which one and who did it now You can upgade it easy Oh and my book alarms make noise and stop theft ( not always enough points for insurance) imbolizers dont always make noise but protect 3 points in most cases , so my language is alarm not immobolizer , both are the same more or less with different features and points of disabling the car ( 3 points is the standard for insurance in most cases) factory is 1 if any depending on the car Gps isnt counted for shannons discount i asked already and just cars didnt used too discount for it but ??? ghey cause it takes skill to stop gps cold , most of the time gps has them way before they realize it is on the car unless its "elenor" and vin rhames is stealing your car to ship to china for drift car parts a new threat asia drift car parts theft ?? It could happen drift is growing in the close asia countries And.a Crim can take just about any car in 30 seconds or less , now how much time do you leave your car for in a day ? Scared yet Common sense and care will protect a lot
  22. Steve its been in use in australia and sold by autobarn for since christmas
  23. Black wiring is a waste of time ( but insurance companies demand it) a proper installed alarm system will stop all but the most hardcore thief Common sense will stop a huge portion of theft The gps is a standalone unit aftermarket and doesnt need alarm to work you can still disable the car remotely thru sms trigger , a relay and you can do lots to stop the car , even trigger antilock brakes by confusing the wheel sensors , which flicks on the traction control as well on most cars , really you can go nuts with a skilled installer and some cash Only the modules from direct electronics, autopage etc cost more , need alarms, and fees yearly of nearly 100 bucks less fuss to interface and more dependable but remote start is also included and that was a adr major defect and ghey for australian conditions anyhow ( pure wank factor) so if you get defected for remote start dont blame me , you can rollup windows lock doors and start car , turn on ac , the lot remotely anywhere in the world that has internet or sms But then your phone needs security as well to stop drunken friends from starting your car and killing your family with fumes in a closed garage Or your phone gets nicked and they have full access to your car unlocking and disarming and boat loads of other issues too
  24. Jin man , ill see if i can find the paper i wrote it down on its been weeks , i wouldnt jump the gun and start punching every white commo vp/vs driver in the face at the stoplight lol even if they deserve it for driving a commo vp haha i can relay the rego to authorities to chase up if i find it or see the car lurking again I had some small group of "natives "in a dead stare at my car as i pulled in the drive and that wasnt a nice feeling to wonder if there crims or just like the car Couldnt just accuse them for no reason but did note it
  25. Sweet cake car, happy bday At least you got to eat it before it got stolen Better lock the fridge to protect the halfcut lol How funny would it be to have tyre flavoured frosting to suprise the person who wants the sugar high , yuk it would be a shocker Did the crankcase have fake oil too that would be killer cut the cake and oil coloured jam oozes out haha
