well I've had Just Cars and Shannons and they both require alarms with proper immobilization points for agree coverage on my car in case you want a real scare on car theft go here CARSAFE theft stats per car good old Adelaide, at least they can come first at something..lol they must meet these regulations AS/NZS 4601:1999 certified system include: ➜ Automatic immobilisation within 40 seconds of ignition switch off; ➜ 2 independent points of immobilisation; ➜ Connections enclosed in security housing; ➜ All black security wiring; ➜ Flashing dashboard LED to indicate that the system is armed; and ➜ Secure owner PIN override. the alarm is only as good as the install, and the 100% use of it, even when it's in your garage and there isn't any alarms that can't be cracked by a pro. if they want your car it's gone. but it will prevent 95% of the other idiots from taking your car multi layer security is best and common sense, don't leave your car in the hood..lol

I'd be game for taking a bunch of photo's and have a few options for select cars to be in some sweet locations. since a real photo shoot take time to setup and do right it . I would have to limit the amount of cars but on cruise time . no limits and they painted over all the decent graffiti walls on beach rd, so count that spot out

those are common sizes for VW and Porsche as well. if I remember right its a 3 in with two mounting tabs or a thin ring with tiny screws brands that size MB Quart Morel Vifa Seas think Blaupunkt still does, Chris you sell those don't you ? and yeah Rainbow and many more companys make them. just more looking, hell even Jaycar has some that are focal knockoffs in Kevlar for cheap but they will need a crossover if your has it soldered to the speaker frame and not outboard or in the amps heaps of companys just not a common item for JB HI Fi shops and the like more of a real shop...lol

I won't even comment on the above statement, some of it is very wrong info Dynamat your boot , should only take a half day tops worse case , even for a noob the whole car will take much longer jaycar amps, well they took the first place award for value, sound, etc. so yeah there fine but don't overlook a lot of others either if you build that box, you better know a bit or the end results will be a mess must be 100% sealed/solid construction or it will suck , sound deaden the area behind it and remember some cars have vents in the side below that area to let air pressure escape when you close the doors, and if and when your fuel door jams you need to be able to access the area good luck , but the air volume is enough with some tweaks

are you brand loyal ? you don't need a mono, you can use a 1,2,4 channel amp depending on the amps load handling, I use 4 channel bridged x2 into a 1 ohm load on my subs but only to reuse some old stuff I had lying around until sponsors supply the amps in my car too much power is better then not enough its called "headroom" more headroom less distortion, in the right sub box of course but some amps can hammer your charging system bad, so you need to take that into account as well ? do you like music loud ? what kind of music? do you plan on competing in SQ or SQL, testing ? sound offs ? do you want a show off amp or hidden? what kinda head unit do you have ? does it have outputs for sub x over? to tell you the right thing, you have to take this and more into consideration to make the right decision ?

sounds like a bad channel in the laser pickup/preamp if your correct ???, does it do it on every CD and every location in the magazine/stacker ? and crappy dash layout on Mazda 2... so your kinda farked, "so called " integration sucks when it comes time to replace anything.. NOT DIN so it's all custom to ditch the factory crap HELLO , warranty !!! are you certain the speaker isn't cutting out on FM ? I would be more inclined to think multipath on the antenna, which sounds like a speaker dying , when the radio is just cutting into and out of stereo mode , lots of these radios do that in town. LOOSE ANTENNA/ground plane can cause that on FM

and you should also watch it since they don't install it they can be a bit fussy on returns if they think you wired it up wrong. some companies only warranty goods PRO installed or drastically reduce the warranty period customer service from someone who knows your car ? it can be a valuable option when it comes time to upgrade ?

Matty the LCD works in MCD's which compares to the light colour spectrum. you also need to take into account the light spread , which is very focused on most LED's compared to a normal globe which is why they can look like a hotspot the newer flat mount LED's are brighter and disperse light much better.cost a lot more though. voltage on most LED's is not 12volts, you need a resistor to use them, OHM law comes into play depending on how many you use, LED's don't like forward overcurrent and will blow if they see too much. and on some Nissans and other cars the light globe curcuit senses a blown globe and when you put in LED's it flashes on all the time unless you compensate for the lost resistance . take a look at this site, might give you an idea http://www.gizmology.net/LEDs.htm to buy LED's here cost too much, order from China, way cheaper , 20 bucks buys a huge bag full with resistors I can help you but to create a panel of LED's to look decent can take a lot of trial and error.
