Hey Guys, My alternator is dying in the ass, and I need to replace it today. I have a ton of shit I need to do over the next 48H and I need my car for it - if you have one I can try get a friend to pick up - I am working in the S.E suburbs, but anywhere nearish to Melbourne should be good. Yup, if it was not a mobile speed trapping unit (like the wagons or SUVs with the bullbars on the front and the dedicated camera (passenger) seat) I would say you're fine, as they would have given chase.

I'm quite sure that this would attract an EPA... Anyway, I haven't been done (as far as I know), but I have seen a couple cars get pulled over - one was a WRX and another was a CRX with 20" exhaust If they are going after noisy shitboxes, that's great

Anyone know roughly what a 3.5" catback custom exhaust costs? Just a ballpark figure. I have a great exhaust setup from the turbo rear to a massive high-flow cat, but after the cat, it's shit (just reflanged to fit on to the cat until I can get something made up).
