  1. This may sound strange but our R33 (sII) was idling at 1500rpm and we couldnt figure out why, firstly we got some carby cleaner as the throttle body was gummed up with carbon, then by chance we pulled out the idle stepper motor to find a piece of our impeller blade (we blew out the stock turbo 2 weeks earlier...) was not letting the plunger motor sit on its seat, so after we cleaned that out too and put her back together she was fine.... Hope u find out wats wrong with yours!!!!
  2. My R33 series II is running at 1500rpm at idle... wat could it beand wat can i do??? Have u had this problem before? any info is appreciated

  5. Unfortunately we blew the turbo on our 1996 r33 series II GTST today and discovered that the impellers were made from bakelte (sorry dont know how to spell it) plastic.... is that right? we had the feeling that it should have had stainless steel blades.... it looks like it was replaced over here after it was imported... the car is covered under a warranty but we dont want them to put another shit plastic turbo in.... any comments??? we would love to know what u think or know... We've only had the car 4 months and it blew at about 3500 to 4500 rpm in first gear
