Mate, if you get one for 10-13k, you will have to spend dollars on it. you are better off saving a bit more cash and buying a clean car, it will be alot cheaper in the long run.
is it a v-spec?(sorry,i cant see the sticker on the boot) how many km? year? power? you really should do a full list of mods, im keen to know whats done.

You are making my head hurt! All R34 GTR's are twin turbo, 6 speed, so all you had to say was R34 GTR. How are you going to pay for such a car and all the expense that Comes with it?
Am pretty sure there are a few things you havnt considered, plenum , throttle body, inter cooler with larger inlets and piping, dump pipe , fuel pump, fuel pressure reg, possibly a clutch.
If you are serious about the car, pay someone like NRMA to check the car out for you and email you the report, that's what I did when I bought my gtr interstate.
