  1. Why in gods name do people out cheap shit like this on their Gtr! Anyway I got nearly all the standard piping so pm me if u need something
  2. Buy a corolla, save, and buy a Gtr when u have a full lisence and u can afford it If u end up getting a gts then dont waste ur money modifying an NA
  3. What power u chasing? And with what engine? You need to elaborate mate. If u do need to upgrade then I would say get a nismo in tank pump, bolts straight in and is good for 700 hp on an RB 26
  4. Reguardless, I have to admitt the LS engines sound tuff as fu$k with those big cams and a free flowing exhaust in them And the idle mmmmmmmm orgasmic
  5. NOS and lots if it!!!! Na I dunno I reckon u would need more then 300 Guilt toy has done a 10 I think and he has around 350ish from memory? Tyres and suspension are your big ones in a Gts t
  6. Nice! Cheers mate.. They look alot smaller behind the wheel, what size are ur rims?
  7. Solid argument haha Honestly I really don't think u need that much protien in a shake form, ur wasting ur money. Being that ur only 70kg from memory? U only need 200g of protein a day and u will get alot of that from ur food. Instead replace it with chicken/fish cause ur goin to get real sick of eating that shit ur on now. At the end of the day u need carbs to put on strength and size, don't worry about this low carb diet crap cause if u wanna get big u will need them. Just eat them at the right type at the right time
  8. It's just the solenoids in the injectors goin on and off, It means they are working, nothing to worry about
  9. Dunno what mean by they don't exist cause they sure as hell did when I got mine done. Stock vx clubby 255kw at the fly. Made around 190 atw In went OTR CAI, mafless tune, cam, 228 duration ( can't remember LSA, 112 or something) exhaust was already done though headers wernt ideal and had standard cats Made 285 rwkw out of an LS1 with 130,000 km Pretty sure it can be done.
  10. He's tryin to figure how your naked/height ratio
  11. Easy outs are shit.. I had a similar situation.. I ended up gettin a torque spit that was a bot larger then the hole... Put an extension on it and drove it into the stud with a hammer. Then just put a ratchet on it and it came out. Pretty much the easiest way to remove broke studs and it's the only way I use now
  12. Very odd that it was running fine before the tune, 6 cylinder tends to run alot warmer then the rest of the cylinders so generally the tuner will/should add a little more fuel to it to keep it cool... If this hasn't happened then the cylinder runs lean and can cause detonation/ even pre ignition in extreme cases.. Also a melted spark plug may occur. Clean the injectors, though I wouldn't be putting my eggs in that basket.. Defiantly compression test, you may have mashed ring lands or even a hole burnt in the top of the piston.. Let's hope not anyway... Ps don't buy that injector clean stuff, pull them out and get it done properly
  13. Thanks for clearing that up mate.. Good reply
  14. Haha gotta love how every Tom, Dick and dumb cu#t on facebook is a skyline expert one bloke tried to tell me that for 20 grand or less you should be able to get an R34 GTR then proceeded to ask if it was a pair of N1 turbos that make 320rwkw argggg just shut up ya bunch of tards
  15. Using straps... what a pussy
  16. hey guys just want to say great thread, has been a mission reading it, only up to page 54, thought i would share something ive just read from another thread just finnished reading a thread on detonation and pre-ignition, i come accross these two paragraphs and i remembered a few of you guys were running lower EGT's "The other technique is a little more subtle but usable if attention is paid to EGT (Exhaust Gas Temperature). Detonation will actually cause EGTs to drop. This behavior has fooled a lot of people because they will watch the EGT and think that it is in a low enough range to be safe, the only reason it is low is because the engine is detonating. The only way you know what is actually happening is to be very familiar with your specific engine EGT readings as calibrations and probe locations vary. If, for example, you normally run 1500 degrees at a given MAP setting and you suddenly see 1125 after picking up a fresh load of fuel you should be alert to possible or incipient detonation. Any drop from normal EGT should be reason for concern. Using the "Tin Ear" during the early test stage and watching the EGT very carefully, other than just plain listening with your ear without any augmentation, is the only way to identify detonation. The good thing is, most engines will live with a fairly high level of detonation for some period of time. It is not an instantaneous type failure." as far as ive figured out E85 burns at slower rate therefore timing can be advanced a great deal more then PULP it also had a higher Octane rating makig it harder to ignite becasue of its high alcohol content alot more fuel is needed to compared to PULP to get your bang for buck, this in turn would keep cylinder temps down and reduce EGT's Are the E85 guys missing something here and having their engines detonate without them knowing or is the low EGT's just a safe bi-product of E85?
  17. First would like to say very interesting and informative read. thanks for sharing second i just want to highlight a couple of paragraphs from the original post that the guys running E85 may find very interesting "The other technique is a little more subtle but usable if attention is paid to EGT (Exhaust Gas Temperature). The good thing is, most engines will live with a fairly high level of detonation for some period of time. It is not an instantaneous type failure." Now im about half way through Guilt Toys E85 thread and already there has been a few poeple mentioning lower EGT's. A few opinions have emerged that lower EGT's are a better occurance but according to the above statement this is not the case at all as far as ive figured out E85 burns at slower rate therefore timing can be advanced a great deal more then PULP it also had a higher Octane rating makig it harder to ignite becasue of its high alcohol content alot more fuel is needed to compared to PULP to get your bang for buck, this in turn would keep cylinder temps down and reduce EGT's Are the E85 guys missing something here and having their engines detonate without them knowing or is the low EGT's just a safe by-product of E85?
  18. are GTR balancers the same? does anyone know if so i have one Adrian
  19. dude that sucks.. good luck with it
  20. Double post
  21. Call gcg they re doin trust/gredy pipes for 400 bucks new... Dunno if They be sold out yet though they had limited stock

  23. Haha yea harden up sunshine
  24. Pm d
  25. Won't be coil or ignitor... They're good when they're cold but once they warm up and build resistance they will continue to miss fire as long as there is heat in them... I'd be getting a second set of afms and swapping them in... Cleaning generally doesn't do a whole lot but wouldnt hurt to try
