  1. Hey guys got the GTR goin into the exhuast within the next couple of days and trying to get a figure on how much i should be paying... the set up is a single high mount borg warner on a twinscroll manifold Basically the work i need done is a 4 inch v-band dump pipe to the cat plumb the two wastegates into the exhuast setting up the plumbing from compressor side of the turbo to the intercooler im guessin stainless will be the way to go? any input is welcome cheers
  2. yep will be a bit laggy but will come on pretty hard and feel quick 91 octane fuel is goin to be ur biggest power killer
  3. im looking into this as well how much just it generally cost a rim to get gutter rash out? can they fix minor buckles?
  4. Nismo pump on a 400rwkw ish set up with 800cc injectors havent run the car yet so cant comment on noise RHD states that the nismo has125% flow rate over the OEM item so will be fine for my set up was a bit pricy but glad i bought it in the end, direct drop in replacement ,
  5. Sounds like a good buy!
  6. will do! ill have to see if i can get a 1L bottle of royal purple then... dont like my chances
  7. +1... standard compression for an rb26 is 172psi so i think ur doin ok
  8. Cool stuff.... cheers for the info Just found a massive thread on the forum where the general concensous is to over fill by a litre which would take it to just under 6L... what oil do u buy that comes in 6L btw? How much power do ur 26 have and how often did u give it some stick?
  9. Try the 6L idea... very interested to see how it goes Any side effects to using 6L Sean? .... apart from having to buy an extra bottle of oil
  10. Thats one fine set of gauges skyalwaysblue... still need the oil pressure gauge though Stuart do u have a picture of ur set up i could have a peak at? cheers
  11. hey mate i got the standard one if u want it 0432528844 message me if ur keen
  12. Hey mate, I tried cutting up at the start of the year and ended up dropping 4-5kg in less then 2 weeks and i was not doing anywhere near as much cardio as you are This helped me: cutting out pretty much all dairy mate, along with breads/pastas etc Its hard but try to drink nothing but water with the exception of powerade/gatorade during training try drinking a cup of green tea without milk before bed, heats up the body and speeds up the the metabolism
  13. +1 for testing both
  14. Throw in some dips, scull crushers, barbell curls, roman deadlifts and yea I'd agree with that
  15. Dead lift 180... Without straps 125 bench Squat dunno
  16. not sure if ur aware of it mate but the allan key bolts from the cam cover match the thread of the two holes in the balancer. So if u end up making some sort of puller u can use those by just throwing some washers on the end of them. Though depending on how tight ur balancer is on there u may end up stretching the cam cover bolts so try get a hold of some yeild and spray the hell out of it.... Radiator will have to come out if ur goin to use a puller so u got some room....
  17. Going to give it a go mate?
  18. bit of an old thread i know but im having the same issue with my single set up hitting the bonnet on my 32 GTR has anyone thought of or tried shaving down the top of the manifold so the turbo sits lower, or maybe shaving down the exhaust flange on the turbo? how effective was the spacers? all i can see it doing is rasing the back up a bit so dunno how much better itll be towards the front where the turbo sits.
  19. friendly banter, im sure theres more to come haha you ll be right mate, best tip i can offer for eating is when u do get the chance to cook... make more then one meal at a time so u have extras layin around when u dont have time
  20. you get big by eating? really? thanks for telling me that mate.... read the first page cause ive already stated that sunshine 1.5g is bare minimum.. 1g for every pound u weight is the base standard and yea my big lifts are squats, deadlifts and bench... u cant not do big lifts, i just dont think u need to do them 3 times a week
  21. I had some lemans on my old set up, they are a bit laggy but come on like a freight train... Can get good power out of them, lag can be reduced with a good exhaust/ tune.... Was seeing 20psi at around 4500 ish
  22. if it helps, ive been told by a reputable tuner that its an intercooler is more effective if it has a larger surface area as apose to deeper thickness
  23. you sound upset mate haha... maybe next time instead of asking them, tell them ur goin to do a set in between theirs
  24. A week is how much I use, though As I stated already a 5 day turn around would've best maybe even 4, 2-3 I do not agree with in myopinion if u isolate individual muscle Groups... Of course u can do full body workouts 3 times a week, alot of people train that way and alot of People don't... And no we aren't goin to agree, at the end of the day everyone makes they're own routine based on external and personal experiences. I will test ur broscience theory though
  25. If you don't feel any fatigue the next day the something is up mate... For your info I eat plenty of the right stuff and get plenty of rest I assure u... If u think ur goin hard enough then that's ur opinion... Id rather leave the gym knowing I've shocked my body into growing as much as possible instead of having doubt that I could have went harder...
